Container One Avis 

Delivery (Aaron) was very good. Almost 4 weeks for delivery though.

For starters, I would be nice if they sent you options to choose from. Yes i know its used yada yada. The container i received this time versus last year was totally different. Very rough and not as pleased as i was the first time. Then we get to the purchase part. Your money is gone so fast no worries. This particular time I was told how about tomorrow. Only 5 or so days out from purchase date. Time goes by, driver can't make it. Calls back the next day to reschedule for the next day. Sure, make the arrangments, time goes by and another phone call. Paperwork won't right. Got that straight and week goes by and reschedule for next day. The driver calls to reschedule because dispatch didn't want to. It finally showed up late that evening. I only went with this company because I was very pleased with my last purchase. The driver was great and put it exactly where I wanted it. If I decide to buy another it will possibly be through another supplier. To many middle man in the process.

I thought the container would be in better shape. It had a large cut on one side. It is water tight but still I thought we would get a little better container. All in all I am satisfied and will clean it up. The delivery was seem less.

Everything went smoothly delivery on the delivery nice container rock solid transaction. Thank you for great service and transaction.

Driver was friendly unit arrived a few days before estimated timeframe of 7 to 10days. I did have to call to get a ETA of drop off which lead to a late afternoon delivery. But Phone reps and Chris the dispatcher were great. Gonna order a few more.

The ordering the payiny was easy but i waited a long time for delivery

Terrible Delivery Experience...

The Container arrived exactly as advertised.
Condition and quality of the container was great!

The delivery company you chose was not properly equipped to deliver the container to my property, nor where I had marked out. The driver agreed to place the container and where I requested. However, the devilry driver could NOT complete our transaction. His "trailer was not properly equipped to unload the container. He unstrapped the container, and aggressively backed his equipment near where the Box was to be placed, and then slammed on the breaks of his truck to attempt get the box to slide off. He tried this several times, and in two different places on my property with NO SUCCESS. I even tried to assist with using my tractor that was on site with no success. I then had to call a towing company out to my property to remove the container from the delivery vehicle, and place where I wanted. This process took over 3 hours. After container was placed, I then had to PAY THE TOWING COMPANY MYSELF to complete OUR transaction.

This wasn't the first container I had purchased from CONTAINER ONE, but it was a terrible experience.

I have already sent and email to Nina about this. Unfortunately, I have not been contacted by anyone from Container One.

its a rusty steel box better condition ones could have been selected.

The driver was excellent. My only issue is how poorly the rusted door hinges swing. Hopefully when I lube them up they will swing easier.

We didn't get the delivery on the day it was scheduled, but I wasn't available that day anyway and had someone else available to handle it, so the one day delay wasn't a problem. It was the contracted delivery driver that called me and explained, not container one. I'll say this, he went above and beyond, and placed the two containers right where I wanted them. They are lucky to have such a good contract driver!

Container was as described. Communication for delivery went very smooth. Driver was very accommodating and detailed oriented.

Container was delivered in expected condition and dropped exactly where I needed it. Driver went above and beyond with delivery. Communication could have been better but not enough to deduct a star over.

This was my 3rd container, I'm very happy with my container this one was the best condition and price compaired with my others, dealing with Container One was a great experience, make sure to follow up acasionally to make sure everything's on sckedual, make sure you have plenty of extra room for the delivery tree hight and length for the truck, also they usually are low trailers in the back, mine was a 40ft high cube.

​I paid ContainerOne on August 14th for a 40ft High Cube one-trip container. Over a month later, I'm just now taking delivery of a usable unit at my site.

​Damaged Goods: The first unit arrived on Sept 9th with damaged door hardware, welded bolts through the handle to prevent inspection, and torn weatherstripping caused during loading. They told me I'd have to accept it in that condition, or refuse it. Fortunately they record their calls! That they do not repair them after delivery. Turns out they literally sent it to the yard and the CSC plate is the same as the originally shipped unit, and now the door hardware is replaced and weather strip has been cut and spliced to make the repair. Straight up lies. During the two weeks of stalling they told me that "we're working on it"... "have to locate one", "have to maneuver other units in the yard to get to your's..." etc. They claimed they were working to arrange for a different unit for the past two weeks! If they were simply honest each time, I'd certainly be more understanding!

​Non-Existent Support: My original sales rep completely ghosted my calls and emails once payment cleared. I had to navigate 6 different employees across multiple departments just to get basic status updates. Even those were hard fought (and as stated lies).

​Broken Promises: I was repeatedly promised callbacks on Sept 17, 18, and 21. None happened. I only received action after filing a formal BBB complaint.

​Delivery Mismanagement: After agreeing to a rescheduled morning delivery on Sept 23, the unit was 5 hours late without notice. The delivery manager then claimed via text that they don't commit to delivery times because they don't own the yard.

​Unfair Refund Policy: When I asked to cancel due to their failure to deliver, they threatened to charge me a delivery fee for a order they failed to fulfill.

​ContainerOne advertises itself as an "industry leader," but their lack of internal ownership and customer service tells a very different story. You have no control over what you actually receive or when it will arrive. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable container supplier, there has to be one out there. ContainerOne is NOT it. Btw I've got time stamped photos, email threads, phone call logs, etc. to support every bit of this and good news they record their phone calls as is stated when you call their business lines. If I could rate lower than (1), I'd happily give them a (-5). Purely frustrating experience.

Company was very helpful with our needs. They delivered on a timely matter.

Every person I communicated with at Container One were very pleasant and professional. From Sales, office, dispatchers and driver, the entire team was a class act.
The container was exactly as promised.
