Dear Jade,
We’re very sorry to hear that the flowers didn’t meet your expectations, and we truly apologize for the disappointment caused.
We’d really appreciate the chance to make this right—would you be open to an exchange for a different arrangement from our collection? Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to turn this experience around.

The vase looks good although very light weight so cut my stems down otherwise l think they could fairly easily be knocked over

Tiny, overpriced and poor quality. Save your money and get something for a fifth of the price in other retailers. Very disappointed.

We purchased the Faux Arrangement - Ivory with the pale taupe Arlo vase and just love it. Once I styled it to be fluffed, it creates a beautiful piece on our dining room table. The purchase was easy, shipping was quick and it was packaged well. We'll definitely be ordering additional items.
