As a marketing specialist proficient in social media, YouTube, and website design, I've recently explored ContentPresso, an AI-powered content creation platform. Here are my detailed thoughts:

What I Like:

It streamlines the content creation process, offering a wide variety of templates that are easy to customize to fit specific needs. Areas for Improvement:

Tiered Pricing: While the platform offers valuable features, the multiple pricing tiers can be overwhelming and costly. To access the full functionality, you need to invest in higher tiers, which might not be feasible for small businesses or individuals just starting. Simplifying the pricing structure or offering more inclusive lower-tier options could make it more accessible.
Scrolling Feature: The built-in scrolling feature feels redundant. Users are capable of scrolling manually, and having this feature feels unnecessary. Updating this to make it optional or improving its functionality could enhance the user experience.
Overall Impression:
ContentPresso is an excellent tool for visual content creation, providing high-quality artwork and efficient content production tools. Despite some pricing and feature concerns, it significantly benefits my business by saving time and improving content quality.

I wish to extend my gratitude to the team at Content Presso for their exceptional work. As a new user, I have found the platform to precisely meet my social media posting requirements, offering a diverse range of options as anticipated. The integration with CANVA is particularly appealing, as it allows me to generate AI images tailored to my specifications through a host of built-in features within the tool. This functionality has significantly improved my video production process.

I eagerly anticipate future updates from the team and wish to express my appreciation for providing such a valuable platform.

There are some reviews about the images not coming out well. However, it really depends on what type of image is being generated, the AI generation model you chose and the prompt that you gave it. It really is only as good as what it is given and how good that image generation model is at that particular type of image. It does take some practice and trial and error, but for the value you get for the price you pay, it is quite capable and generous. See some of the example images and prompts on the dashboard and play around with similar prompts to familiarize yourself with how to use it and you will get good images. I used it make product photography backgrounds and I was quite impressed compared to other image generation software I tried in the past.

TL;DR;
1) I have no clue how they got the images on their site to generate as they did. Nothing I have generated comes close to looking real.
2) The templates you get for your tier are chosen for you
3) There is no way to search or filter on their site in order to find anything within the free or category templates.
4) I'm getting many flagged NSFW images for things that, according to the prompts I give, shouldn't be NSFW

My review:
The images they show on their site and for marketing look amazing, but I have yet to replicate anything that is usable for my purposes. I have tried multiple times with many variations and the only picture that looks good is a generic sunset of a beach. When I tried to do an image in image to put my logo into a scene, it just changed my logo and spat it back out. The next go, it gave me an error image stating that the result was "Not safe for work" (NSFW Content Detected).

I tried some images with people, as the examples they showcase seem amazing. The results using the same AI models look like airbrushed avatars with extra fingers, arms bent backwards or disembodied body parts.

I thought that I would give the templates a try as I do use Canva heavily for my nonprofit and was disappointed to see that I didn't get to choose which categories I could access. I just got access to the generic category. Disappointing, but ok I got the bottom tier. The next disappointment is that there is no way to search or filter the templates. At least none that I can find. If there are 110 free templates and 302 basic templates and they only load 12 templates at a time until you click the "Load More" button.... How am I ever going to come back and find that one template that I saw and didn't have a use for, but a month from now I do? Also, I am not going to sit here and click through 35 pages of little thumbnail images, reading each one and trying to store the information for possible use in the future. These templates have now become a digital paperweight in my book.

I was about to seek a refund (which I didn't know at the time I couldn't actually get with this product) But, I thought that I would try out the t-shirt model first. Maybe I could generate some good designs that I could sell to earn some income for my nonprofit. So, I tried something for my prayer ministry by putting in the prompt: "please generate an image of a dove in white taking flight with a silhouette of praying hands in dark purple in the background". The resulting image, once again, gave me an "NSFW Content Detected." So, for the second time, a photo I tried to generate with religious context was flagged for reasons I can not understand.

Oh, and I normally wouldn't leave a bad review like this without first reaching out to the company. But, from the dashboard, profile, etc... no support button or way to contact them. So, here is my review and my hope that they see this and some things can change so that this app is usable for other clients.

If anyone from the ContentPresso team replies to this. Please leave the name and the designation. And your LinkedIn if possible.

Red Flags: The website doesn't have a roadmap or an EULA that I can find. They don't have licensing terms for AI models or usage rights. (Can they afford a lawsuit from MIT?) Where's the Privacy policy? They give free upgrades for AppSumo and Product Hunt reviews. So, in essence, this is a pyramid scheme. And AppSumo allowed it. This will damage AppSumo's reputation. They encourage honest reviews. I will do that and send them the screenshots and see if they increase my limits. If this is not a scam, I have some suggestions.

This uses stable diffusion along with outdated models. And they are hosted on a slow server. 512p images take forever to generate.
They are competing with tensor art and they give 100 image credits every day (30000 per month) and have granular control over image size and aspect ratio, Sampling method, steps, CFG scale, Upscale model selection, up to 4x upscale, ADetailer, Vast collection of up to date models, Loras and embeddings. Yearly premium gives 300 credits per day and costs $60 with 25000 bonus credits. And with openart, you get 5000 monthly credits for the yearly plan that cost $72. And they charge 1 credit per image even if you made it at the highest native resolution and 4x upscale. They let you run ComfyUI for free.

Here are my suggestions,
1. Remove outdated models.
2. For 'Canva' type work, text is important. So add DOLLE3 or SD V3 when it becomes available. Having 1 good image is better than 500 useless images.
3. If you keep current models, at least have 2 different interfaces for SD 1.5 and SDXL models. SD 1.5 doesn't even support 1024p. and with SDXL, I usually generate at 1200 x 1400p with no issues. (Without Upscale)
4. Remove stock images from the main website. And add some non-pixelated photos of your team. You can use Openart to generate some for free. (Don't use 165x245 images on websites to showcase the team.)
5. Add Loras or Styles to the images along with detail enhancers. You can train those in-house. I do that all the time as a hobby.
6. Train your own models. I'm not talking about Loras or Embeddings. SD 1.5 and SDXL models fine-tuned for use cases that you offer in your 'SaaS'. RunDiffusion and OpenArt have their own fine-tuned models made from successful public models. If you want the cheap option, just rent a GPU machine from vast.ai with at least 24GB VRAM and just fine-tune models. Make sure it has the proper license.
7. Having a good product brings in reviews. Make sure you have a good product before you focus on marketing.

However, there are some issues with it:

- The performance is very slow.
- The results are not usable.
- In some cases, no output is even generated.

Here's what happened: I chose a model and used the prompt "printer," but there was no image available. When I used the prompt "a menu icon for my app," I received a result with a few random green and black lines in an ugly, rough square shape."

Great price for the software, wish we could select a choice before using our credits

I have been using content presso for over a year and am so excited they have developed a platform that will make my content scheduling and creation even more of a breeze. I don't have to think of what to post and I can create as many posts as I want with my templates and modify them to make them unique to my social platform. I want to leave a short review of how glad I am to have purchased. Good job Contentpresso!

The well-designed templates will save you a ton of time, effort and money. They are all easily editable and can be updated by the user anytime you need to make seasonal updates. The quality versus the value is fantastic.

The Contentpresso team curates the best Canva templates so that you have access to a large variety of professionally designed templates that you can use over and over again. The only thing that I would like them to improve is the delivery of the templates and a better way to search through the templates. If the categorized templates were grouped together, it would be helpful.
