Poor service
Added heated towel rails to the design,
On arrival of all the materials, no towel rails on the plans and no fittings for the towel rails.
Poor refund and had to redesign the house for electric towel rails.

Once delivered the products were pretty straight forward installing.
Got a plumber to help with the manifold and pressurising the system.
Just waiting for electrian now to wire it up...... just in time for the warm spring weather.

The company designed the two systems I had fitted, supplied the wrong kit and then accused the installer of not doing the work correctly.
Would not use them again, I was not impressed with how they spoke to the plumber and how they tried to avoid blame

Superb company to deal with
Superb company to deal with, i had a lady called Judith who looked after me very well, we have a small problem with the system because my house is built from very large concrete blocks and their is a connectivity problem, Judith is working on this problem and always keeps me informed, superb company even if there is a small problem always will to help, I am sure we will get to the bottom of the problem soon

Very easy to lay under floor heating
The design sent was what I laid which was great, easy to lay. I had a mix of screed type an low profile. Connection to the manifold and pressure testing also went well. All following the supplied instructions. I'm a competent DIYer so I'd say this was achievable by most such people. I did get a plumber to install the boiler and do the hot connections
