Continal Underfloor Heating Avis 

We have been using Continal for a number of years now. We always recieve a quality service from Troy, sometimes having to change items of our quotes mulitple times. Our deliveries always arive when they say it will, which is very important to us. Continal supply qaulity goods, cant fault them!

I was struggling to find information to sort my 22 year old underfloor heating system out. Few data labels or anything. I stumbled on continal which amazingly were only a few miles from my home.
Spoke to Carol who had a great technical knowledge of ufh and put me in the right track to diagnose fault. Identified it was prob a watts system and demistified what I was dealing with.
I happened to be near the office in launceston and dropped in to see what kit was available. Ben kindly listened to my problem, suggested a couple of checks re the pump and 2 way valve and after an hours work I had confirmed the fault. I needed an old style pump and it was suggested getting one locally which was very truthful and at my request showed me some control box options as I intend to replace my tired one and tidy up,the installation wiring. Really good service from them. Well done all. I’ll be back. ( my plumber also mentioned he had used them for 20 years with great success.)

We had underfloor heating for the whole downstairs of our property under many different floor coverings wood stone slate and tile Troy Wyse was very patient and knowledgeable gave great advice and an excellent service and price great company would use again !

Been working with Continental Under Floor heating for a while now as an end user and as an engineer. Mostly with breakdowns service & maintenance and what is really helpful with Troy and the team is they are thorough with ensuring we get the right spares and the customer is satisfied , often with a follow up call. More than this I cannot ask for as service is Nr 1 and people want good services. I would recommend this company to any one wanting UFH systems.

I've had the solid floor tilefix system a couple of years now but have been renovating my home throughout this time. I've had heat and reliability but a recent pairing issue couldn't be addressed from a quick Google search. Called the company directly and spoke to Stuart S who took my call in seconds and talked me through a fix (I'm not a plumber!) and we got through step by step instructions in no time. Great company, great support, great product. Can't recommend enough!
