I have used this training material for multiple test now and have passed all on the first try. The most recent test was a very challenging test with an extremely low first time pass rate. This site helped me pass on the first try.

I gave thousands to this lukewarm company
I purchased multiple book set and multiple courses from them. Every step of the way was a nightmare.
Every course I have taken from them has been out of date. You can see the comment from months and months ago where people are commenting corrections that need to be made. They are either ignored or acknowledged, but nothing is done.
My first set of books came in batches with the second batch coming late, but they didn’t communicate about this at all.
My next set came with only some of them highlighted and others tabbed. All were supposed to be highlighted and tabbed.
Not to mention that I was directly lied to on multiple occasions about some of their other offerings.

We never want anyone to feel left in the dark on shipping updates, confused about what’s included in an order (like highlighting/tabbing), or stuck using content that doesn’t match current information. We also take feedback about communication and expectations around offerings seriously.
Regarding shipping: in some cases, due to our suppliers, certain books may be on backorder. When that happens, we notify customers by email, and we ship out all available books right away so you can begin studying. Any backordered items are then sent as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
If you’re open to it, we’d like to look into your specific orders and course enrollments so we can better understand what happened and see what options may be available to help. Numerous calls, e-mails, and conversations regarding the ROC portion of the Prep materials. I had purchased this in the past; trying to discern what changes and prep materials were relevant went without response or assistance.

We offered to get you into our Office Hours session so you could speak directly with an instructor, but we understand that waiting a week for the next available session wasn’t a workable timeline for you. Additionally, we sent an email on April 3rd addressing the specific items you raised regarding the Blueprints and Carpentry Building book content. I’m going to resend the email that outlines the Virginia ROC exam topics exactly as they’re listed on our website, along with the link to join the Office Hours session so you can speak directly to our instructor. Course progress lost
Course progress lost, program locking up
I have been taking a course and got 52% of the way through it. When I log back in to continue the course it said I have no courses currently. When I was finally able to log in, the module i was on is 52 minutes long at it kept freezing up requiring restarting the module.

When you sign in with an alternate email, the system treats it as a separate account, which can make your courses and progress appear missing. Please log in using the email tied to your enrollment, and your course and progress should display correctly.
We also reviewed the course on our side and did not see any system-wide issues or errors indicating the course was freezing. Horrible . O spent 3 hours and the course locked up when it was time to go to the survey. So I spent 3 hours spent 30 bucks and have no certificate

I’m sorry you ran into issues at the survey step. I understand how frustrating that would feel after spending 3 hours and paying for the course. We checked on our end, and we’re not seeing anything that indicates the course locked up on our side. We can also see that you did complete the course, and your certificate of completion is showing in your account. You can log back into your portal to access your certificate of completion. I was having trouble with my login and I called the customer service and they got me taken care of and I asked about the payment method and the lady said she could get me to the sales person and he got my courses set up for me to pay for them thanks
