Excellent service. The bra didn’t fit (comfy but too large) and so I used their exchange service to swap for a different size. They allowed me to keep the first item and sent out another.

The leggings are great, good quality & do exactly as Conturve claim. Do not roll down plus give me confidence & are flattering. I have purchased from Conturve several times now, both leggings & bra's.
Customer Service was excellent, when I had a slight problem with one pair of the leggings, however this was sorted immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to my family & friends.

Ordered high waisted shorts / stomache control. Really lovely material, unfortunately these where too long legged for me.
Customer service really good.
Now have high waisted panty for special occasion.
Have since bought a fabulous bra from them.
So comfortable never knew a non wired bra could be so comfortable, will certainly buy again.

The products wear and wash well, they are quality and the packaging is lovely and adds to the order appearances make a product special i have no complaints only thanks for such a good product and customer satisfaction

I am really dissapointed I have brought several of their high waisted pants that are the most comfortable pants ive found and so supportive. Unfortunately every single one has started to unravel after washing. The waist band that has the rubber lining to keep them up has unravelled and now they dont stay up. I have tried speaking to their customer services but as they are out of 60 day they wont accept any replacements. For such expensive pants I would have expected them to last longer. Real shame as I would have brought lots more as most comfortable ive ever found

I was skeptical, as I'm a sucker for Internet ads which promise the earth, however, I read some positive reviews and thought I'd give these bras a try. Ive recently lost weight, I'm still a size 16 so a 'normal' woman. Wasn't sure what size so read the advice and went for xl. The fit is perfect with excellent support and shaping. You can't see the bra under clothes and my goodness, its so comfortable! You really don't know you're wearing it and don't get that urge at the end of the day to whip it off and sling the thing across the room 😆 I would 100% recommend. The pants are nice too. Hopefully the range of colours will be extended as currently you can't get matching pants for all the bra colours. I'm deducting a star for the delivery, which was quite slow.

These bras weren't for me unfortunately, couldn't find one to fit. However what a wonderful company to deal with. Never had customer service like this company. Superb. Wish you every success

My Bras didn’t fit properly and one had a weird ugly apron over the front. It could have been quite a nice bra without this weird superstructure. I decided to keep it for when nobody was around to see me. I notice now they the fit in the cup is awful. It’s too roomy. I don’t think their sizing has much chance of fitting many people.

The other bra didn’t even nearly fit me. It was absolutely rubbish. The sizing system is really weird with the whole range of conventional brass sizings all crammed into a few sizes, presumably for the convenience of Conturve. I wanted to exchange the worst bra but found out quite soon that I couldn’t do that neither could I return it.

I wrote a review on here at the time but deleted it when I had a contact from the company offering to help me. I sent them the details and heard nothing for a couple of weeks. Today I’ve had another email from them sending me to the refund section. I completed the form and I was told that I couldn’t have a refund. To my mind if I have purchased something substandard, I certainly can have a refund.

I’m really fed up of this company. I strongly suggest that you avoid it at all costs they will take your money and the sizing is awful then you can’t have a refund unless they deem it acceptable. I will never be using this company again.

I’ve written over 20 emails and still I’ve not had a response to changing my High Waisted Shaping Shorts. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company, so I’m really not sure why they won’t respond. I’ve had a response regarding one item but apparently as it’s a sale item I’m not allowed to return it, which wasn’t made clear. It took them over 3 weeks to respond to my numerous emails and then they got my total name incorrect. So no I’d definitely NOT recommend CONTURVE as the after sales is not existent, which has been very frustrating as the items are not cheap. It also says to mention something about customer communications and customer service, I’d give that a BIG FAT ZERO. It’s the fact that they totally ignore paying customers and I’ve bought numerous items over the years.

I'm disappointed after all the hype about these bras as the 4 I received are awful
I tried the size recommended and thought the reason they fitted badly was they were too big but when I received the next size down...the fit was just as bad.
Gaping under the arm and the "support" sticking out at the sides. I wouldn't be able to wear witha t-shirt or anything close fitting plus uncomfortable.
Now apparently they're non returnable.
I'm wondering if the reviews are genuine after what I received.
I'm fuller busted and thought I'd have a supportive unwired Bra but I'm left out of pocket and still need to buy a better bra.

I’ve bought some wonderful bras from Conterve, and I don’t think I’ll buy any other bras now.
They fit great, feel great, and I forget Ive got them on.
I recently needed to ask about the hooks and eyes due to having to go for X-rays, whether they were metal or plastic.
I emailed them explaining my reasons for the question and literally within 2 hours I had my answers.
That’s fantastic customer service, I was expecting a long wait but not only received the answers I needed but also a lovely message wishing me well with my X-rays and also to get well soon.
I thanked them and they responded right away again, saying if I have any other questions I need answering not to hesitate.

These are by far the best bra's I have ever worn with all the comfort of a sports bra and the support without the wires so much that I have 5 in different colours

I've been wearing conturve bras for around 6 months. While I agree they are comfortable, despite what the adverts say they are nowhere near as supportive as an underwired bra. I'm only a C/D cup but my girls, who my husband calls Perky and Perky, have actually started to sag since wearing these bras. Also, the sides don't give any support at all, they're soft, so your boobs kinda bulge around the sides, which is noticeable in certain clothes and looks odd. I've gone back to wires I'm afraid.

Fabulous leggings, great quality. I had problems getting correct fit for bras, but customer service were incredible, and went above and beyond to help. Refunds promptly issued where necessary. Highly recommend, with a special thanks to Harriet.

Unfortunately the bras do not accommodate my size (32FF) but I gave the XL a try (too loose around my torso). The after sales refund service was very speedy.

I now have four Conturve bras - they are so comfortable and way better than the more expensive opposition. I will definitely stick with this design from now on!

Im very happy with my purchase, it’s comfortable and washes well. The thing I would say is they don’t tell you which bras have removable pads, which is something I personally don’t like. While my bra fits nicely, it would be helpful to give proper sizes eg. 38 B
