Always easy to order and delivery is always on time.

I really can't give you a review yet until I see the pillow first. I did not get my order confirmation on what I ordered. Still waiting on a response from customer service.

Easy to order but will see how long it will arrive!

I placed an order but my exact order didn't appear in the order review. I've had to contact customer service to be sure I'm getting what I thought I ordered.

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered Personalized Motocross Racer Christmas Ornaments for my son and husband and was expecting a 3D plastic bike replica but instead received a 2 sided image encased in plastic. The image on the website does not accurately reflect the product and the cost is unreasonable for what was received. I placed the order on my cell phone and the product detail is conveniently located below the place order button. No tracking was provided and no confirmation of delivery was received and I found the package burried in snow on my front step the day after it delivered despite it being small enough to fit in my mailbox a few steps away.
I would reccommend having actual pictures of the product on your website and include the product details close to the images. It would also be benefical to provide tracking and use a carrier that will place the package in mailbox or close to the front door.

What a piece of crap ,picture is very deceiving. Flat piece of plastic.......not 3 dimensional ornament .worth 5 dollars at best not 26

How is it possible to give you any kind of review when I have NOT received my purchase which was promised weeks ago????? however, if you insist ..... terrible!!

Placed my order over a month ago. I have been tracking the order. Now this morning it says it was delivered on 12/14/24!! Not sure where it was delivered to because I did not get it. Now someone has a photo of my husband and me. This was a birthday present for him that he now will not have. Requested my money back, but no response. No phone numbers to call a human being! Now I will have to go buy something else and hopefully get my money back. NEVER AGAIN!

The process was very straightforward I am 67 years old.Sometimes ordering on line is not always easy but this one was great.

The system was easy to use, can't comment on the actual product until recieved.
