So, I was really excited to get these STL files. I read the reviews after i already bought them for our business. I've reached out to their social and email with no response. I understand that maybe the financial issue being in another country but as a business owner response to your customers is our number one priority. I'm Hoping to get the STLs and this was just an error and i will gladly change my review let hope they see this message.

Customer service is very inconsistent. Emails and chat messages often go unanswered, which makes it difficult to get support when issues come up. I’ve also experienced situations where files I purchased were not available to download.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but responses are rare. Their payment methods also seem to change frequently, which adds to the confusion. On the occasions when they do respond, they can be helpful; but overall it’s very hit or miss.

Update: I only received a response after posting this review. Even after they publicly replied to my review, I later received an email saying my order had been canceled because of the review I left. It’s disappointing that I had to write a public review just to get an answer. Customers should be able to contact support and receive help without needing to escalate things this way.

This is an obvious scam. Their cookie cutters look great and really tempt you to buy, but once you add items to your cart and place an order, the positive experience ends there.

First, the website does not offer any standard payment methods (such as credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). After placing an order, you are asked to transfer money via services like Patreon or PayPal. Then you must email them your payment receipt along with your order number. They claim they will contact you and unlock access to downloads afterward.

I chose to pay via Patreon. On April 6, I purchased the Mini Pack to cover my order and immediately sent them the receipt by email, asking what to do next since there is no way to apply Patreon credit directly on their website. I received no response. I followed up three days later — still no reply.

My download access remains locked, and no one has responded. My money is gone. Because of this delay, I also won’t be able to print the cookie cutters I needed in time for the holiday.

This is a scam. Be careful with this seller.

Link never received possible scam and strange procedure.
So I ordered a download from through this website (Order 20914), followed the strange procedure to get the order and was never emailed the download link.
Paypal has refunded me however.

Edit 26 Nov 25, the response by the merchant is spurious. If they read this provide evidence and can provide me with the email where you sent the link I'll withdraw the review.

Purchased one of the mini packages and it really makes purchasing a new cookie cutter design so easy. This has become my first choice if I need to find something new. Instantly have my new designs

En mi experiencia con cookie cutter desde ya hace casi 4 años a sido excelente no solo por sus diseños, si no por la responsabilidad que tiene con los tiempos de entrega y ayuda en duda respecto a los diseños, siempre dispuesta a dar sugerencias que ayudan a tener el mejor resultado de impresión.
Por lejos son los diseños que más me han gustado porque se pueden modificar para diferentes usos que le doy.
Lo otro importante de mencionar son los pack que tiene disponibles en su web que son muy convenientes y que yo uso al máximo siempre, ya sea en cortadores, toppers o stencil que son los que más descargo.
La web es de fácil uso y cuenta con mucha variedad de diseños, así como también la posibilidad de solicitar personalizados en los tiempos que estan previamente mencionados, y da también alternativas de diseños urgentes para pedidos de último minuto.
Y por último y no menos importante las múltiples opciones de ganar packs solo con el hecho de visitar la web y participar en diferentes concursos.

los diseños de cortadores son geniales ya que tienen gran variedad de diseños y cumplen con sus caracteristicas de un cortador faciles de descargar los archivos y son ideales para cortara galletas fondat pasta flexible etc y lo mejor aun buen precio

The customer service is horrible. I was ignored through the chat feature after stating what my issue was. I placed an order and it was put "on hold" and I was trying to figure out what more I had to do so I could push the order through. At no time did I ask for any free products. My account showed 3 transactions for each of the two cutter files that I had ordered. I only asked for a refund if I was going to be charged for 6 files instead of 2.

He comprado cortadores de galletas STL desde hace mas de 1 año y vendo las impresiones, mis clientes estan ENAMORADOS de sus diseños y me facilita a mi para poder agregar esto a mi servicio de impresion 3d, gracias a sus precios competitivos aprox 0.17ctvs de dolar por diseño con los descuentos del pack hace que para mi sea completamente innecesario diseñar cortadores
