Everyone in the company is very nice and encouraging. There were a few times where I was overwhelmed from a combination of school and other things, and my manager Chloe was always very nice about letting me take time off. Everyone was also very welcoming in welcoming me back if I were to ever take a break. One critique I have, however, is that I feel the Google Classroom can be a bit overwhelming with how it is structured. Other than that, my experience as an intern at Cooledtured was very enjoyable and to say I learned a lot would be an understatement.

The management at Cooledtured was highly supportive and communicative throughout my internship. They encouraged creativity while providing clear direction, which made it easy to grow as a developer. I appreciated how approachable they were and how they consistently valued intern input in real product decisions.

MASSIVE SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT⚠️ this company is beyond disorganized and does not know how to handle candidates who are looking for an internship. I’ve applied for their graphic design internship back in September and filled out the necessary application to get started. A few weeks later after submitting my application they texted me @9pm asking me if im still interested in the position as if they did not receive anything… Then I told them that Ive already submitted the form and just need to setup a time for an interview with Mark. Afterwards they sent me another email (thinking it would be an email to setup an interview), but instead it’s a follow up email telling me that I have not submitted the application for the graphic design internship yet which had nothing to do with setting up an interview with Mark. 😑 Six days later, I got another phone call late at night by Chloe from Cooledtured telling me that I was selected for VIP to work on a project and would like to setup a time for an interview with me, which is weird since usually they would offer it to me after the interview. After my phone call, Chloe finally sent me an email to setup my interview with Mark through calendly and when I checked his times lots, the only time he was available to talk was at 10pm, utterly OUTRAGEOUS!!! During my interview with Mark, he told me they can only run the internship program at 10pm since they run a store during the day time, and can’t offer the internship programs during that time. Such a BS excuse…. After my interview ended I was ghosted for another two weeks and then I followed up with the Cooledtured team to see my status update. Chloe got back with me and said they will be boarding me soon, which gave me a tiny spark of hope after going though so much steps to get to where I am. Before I knew it, they sent me another email from step one telling me to fill out the same application for an interview. Soon after, I decided to block them and move on.

Whatever the reviews say DO NOT FALL FOR THEM! They’re only trying to maintain their reputation so they don’t look bad. A word of advice Mark, if you don’t know how to run an internship program then don’t even bother. Very uncooledtured 😤

My internship as a Web Developer at Cooledtured was a great opportunity for gaining hands on experience at a legitimate company as a computer science student. While this position was unpaid, I found it very valuable both for my personal intellectual development, but also as experience for my resume. The work could be demanding at times, especially when balancing with my school work / classes or my job outside of my internship, but management was always understanding, respectful, and nice, and it was always pleasant communicating and working with them along with my fellow interns. I am grateful for this opportunity, especially when this industry can be so unwelcoming.

My experience with the management team in cooledtured was a good starter experience for myself. Before applying to this position I had no experience in a company before. My first initial thoughts about the management team was the power they have, as an intern I have ask the manager permissions which is an easier way for everyone to know who to turn into. Sometimes people can forget what is coming up, so as an intern it's important to remind them on what agenda you might have. I have a good experience working with them and I would also recommend having someone on the content creator manager who can help Chloe a little bit when things gets busier from time to time.

I joined Cooledtured as an intern in November of 2024 and was part of the Legal Team, responsible for conducting research on a specific topic and engaging in weekly check-ins with the supervisor to discuss findings and determine the next course of action. Throughout this internship, what I appreciated the most was the ability to work at my own schedule. The management team was deeply considerate and helpful, and I felt that it was easy to work with them. I was grateful that I had an opportunity to be on the team.

I had fun during my internship because I got to work on different types of projects and gain some technical skills along the way. I also got to work with amazing people that have the same interests as me.

I interned here as a Web Developer and it was a good experience. The people here are really nice and understanding about your outside commitments, such as school and work. When I began my internship I even had to take a leave after a month and a half due to stress from school, but when I came back I was met with warm welcomes. I was able to learn a lot as a developer and a team member, which will help me immensely in my future careers.

Great opportunity to meet other students who are in similar fields. Great networking opportunities with other interns and with ownership of the company. You really can take charge on projects if you’d like, stepping into leadership roles and overseeing project progress. Really great experience with welcoming staff and flexible hours.

What made my internship experience great was the people and the opportunity to create social media shorts for the Cooledtured social media. I loved being able to create content on all things pop culture, I was able to use my creativity!

I applied to this Organization for Internships. After an Interview with Mark, I was ghosted and there was no reply from him. This is a very poor work ethic demonstrated by the company's head wherein he cant even respond to my emails after I tried following up with him multiple times over a period of two weeks. Is this how you handle professional job seekers looking to join your organization?

Do not order Gunpla from this retailer. They are charging sometimes 50 dollars more on pre-orders. They do not properly label things pre-order before checking out. They do not communicate at all about the pre-order. Just overall bad customer service for an online retailer. Would not recommend giving them your business.

The staff is so nice and helpful. They sell authentic nendoroid and figma.

Ordered the QPosket of BTS and they came are so adorable! It's so hard to find an authentic seller of BTS collectible toys but thank God that cooledtured is here!

Stranger Things Season 4 Funko that I pre-ordered with them came in perfect condition. They packed the toys with utmost love and care. Definitely recommend them to any toy collector
