Great product and excellent customer service
The banner was fabulous. Unfortunately it arrived without the eyelets we ordered. However the lovely lady who we spoke to was apologetic and friendly and arranged for a replacement to be delivered by special delivery and the correct item arrived promptly next day. Mistakes happen but this was dealt with efficiently and politely and I won’t hesitate to use them again. Would have been 5 stars if not for the error.
