Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale Avis

We made an appointment for a viewing today with Millie. She contacted us straight away when we enquired about a property and also made the appointment at a time of our choosing. Very efficient and professional

Having being a renter for a number of years ( having owned) it was a little nerve racking going back into property purchasing arena again! We found a property after only two viewings both with coppenwall. We found Ann who showed us round both of those both candid and refreshingly honest just by saying that she felt the second property felt more suited to us ( we had had the feeling as soon as we walked in) but it was nice to have that confirmed😀 the young ladies in the office ( Millie and Mia have been helpful at every stage during the process! Very happy with all the team and their help

Excellent communication with updates and solving issues
Well done Mia and team Coppenwall

A good estate agent to deal with. Always respond quickly and provide a reassuringly good service. You feel like you're on safe hands.

As a first-time buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience with Coppenwall has been excellent so far. They’ve kept me updated throughout the entire purchase and have explained the process more clearly than my own solicitors. A special mention to Mia, who has been fantastic — always quick to answer my questions and proactive in chasing updates from the solicitors on my behalf. The agent who showed me the property was also genuinely lovely and made the viewing really comfortable. Overall, I’ve felt supported every step of the way and would highly recommend Coppenwall.

I’ve recently used Coppenwall to help sell my properties and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. The standout throughout the process was Mia, who went above and beyond at every stage.

She was always friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping things move smoothly. Her communication was fantastic — quick updates, clear explanations, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made the whole process far less stressful and far more personal.

Coppenwall as a whole were efficient and easy to deal with, but Mia really made the difference. She’s a credit to the team, and I’d happily recommend Coppenwall to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Jen & Mia work in Lettings and they have been excellent. Finding a tenant ensuring all checks are completed in a timely manner and keeping me updated about the process regularly. They liaise with both myself & the tenant and resolve any issues. Statements and invoices are provided and payments are prompt.

I use Coppenwall to rent out my property great team who are throughly professional. They keep me in touch with any issues and have their own team of trades in case I am unable to repair the property or away. I would highly recommend them.

Coppenwalls are by far the best letting agents that I've ever used. The staff are so competent and helpful, especially Jen who has gone above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation. Their services are very well priced too and i would hesitate to recommend them

As first time buyers we were nervous to start the house viewing process and throughout the whole journey Coppenwall were really supportive.

The agents that showed us around the properties were really lovely. They have a great range of properties .

Anytime we had any questions Mia handled them very well and now we’re in the stages of completion, they have remained just as helpful and have kept in contact and helped with chasing solicitors. Mia has been great!

Always quick to reply and always very helpful

Jen was very friendly and professional, she answered all my questions, highly recommend.

I can honestly say that our experience with Coppenwall has been really positive so far with this sale of Churchtown Crescent, Bacup. I have spoken to both yourself and also Leon on numerous occasions and feel that you have kept us informed regularly on developments. I do look at the property dashboard which is great if you're wondering what viewings are booked and also how the property is performing online but you can’t beat a conversation with a person. We used Coppenwall last year too for the sale of 11 Park Rd, Waterfoot and we were impressed from start to finish. Heres hoping things go smoothly now and we can complete soon. Thankyou for all you have done so far. Maxine &Phillip Lord.

Leon was excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Got a quick sale which I needed to complete on a new build.

Jen was extremely helpful helping to write the advertisement for us.
She kept us well informed all through the vetting stage and was just at the other end of the phone when needed.
Excellent service!

Excellent service from Jen and the team we will definitely use Coppenwall again

I’ve worked closely with Coppenwall for several years now and they’ve always been a brilliant team to deal with — friendly, knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble. They also recently sold my property and made the whole process feel really straightforward from start to finish.

The full team are genuinely great, and I have to say Millie’s been a fantastic addition. She’s come across as really professional, easy to talk to, and on the ball with everything. It’s been a pleasure working with her so far, and I’m sure she’ll go far in her career. Keep doing what you’re doing — you’re all fab!

When I first spoke to Coppenwall staff I could tell they were well trained professional and very nice to talk too

Guided me through the whole process of selling my property. Advice at every stage, always there to help by phone or txt or in person. Recommended best way to get a sale and done it as promptly as possible.
