Coppenwall Estate Agents Rossendale Avis

We have been extreamly happy with coppenwall while using them to purchase our first house.
Team coppenwall have been polite, helpful kind, professional and knowledgeable and I have found it extreamly easy to deal with them.
I have mainly delt with Mia and of recent Sebastian and both have been amazing to work with.
I would recommend coppenwall to anyone looking to buy property and I will be reluctant to use anyone else in the future!
I can’t wait to complete in the new year !
Thank you everyone

I have used various estate agents over the years and I can honestly say these have been the best ones I have used!
They have a personal, polite approach, with good communication and a friendly manner.
My particular sale that has been very complicated they have gone over and above their roles, at times counselling me through the stress!

100% recommend.

Excellent service from coppenwall, especially mia and the team, hoping to complete my puchase next weekxx

From the initial price estimation through to the sale (Our house was sold on the first viewing) and managing the sale process I've been impressed with Coppenwall's professionalism and communication.

Really helpful with valuation and getting the house on the market really quickly with great photos, great communication throughout!

From the moment we decided to sell we felt at ease leaving everything in the hands of Coppenwall. The weekly updates give you information that we would have otherwise been worried about, if we were ever concerned a quick phone call or email was answered swiftly. I would recommend Coppenwall to anyone wanting to sell their home

We have purchased a number of properties through Coppenwall. Have always found them easy to deal with and very efficient keeping us updated throughout the sale process. Would highly recommend.

We requested to view a property online on Sunday and had a telephone response from Sebastian, first thing on Monday morning and were able to view the following day. Anne conducted the viewing and was able to answer all of the questions we had regarding the property and she allowed us plenty of time to take it in. Sebastian negotiated a mutually agreeable price and arrangement with regard to an energy efficiency obstacle. Both Sebastian and Anne have professional and personable and we would highly recommend this estate agency.

I had a very helpful phone call with Mia from Coppenwall Estate Agents. She was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the local area. She answered all my questions and provided clear advice.

Millie was a great adviser and handed my enquiry in a professional manner, ensuring my query was met. Thank you for your excellent service.

Mia has been really helpful , I’m currently renting out a property with coppenwall and anything I need and have asked Mia has responded very polite and helped me straight away!

It is my first time having experience with Coppenwall and they have been nothing but amazing. Thanks in particular to Sebastian, Anne and Mia. They have made the whole process of buying a house so much easier. I would definitely recommend Coppenwall for selling and buying! Thank you for helping me find a lovely home and be able to enjoy the run up to Christmas in my new home from next week!

I've just completed on a property I bought through this company and have been incredibly impressed with the knowledge and communication from the whole team. Sebastian was my main point of contact and he really knew what he was doing

Viewed a house with Sebastian from the agents and he was very professional and knowledgeable on the area I was inquiring about. Any questions I had, he was very helpful and reassuring in my decision making!

Hi just bought a house thru Coppenwall and I dealt with Millie and Duane and what a team they helped me every step of the way
