If I could rate it a 0 I would. False advertisement to the max. I ordered my size and the garment was way to big it kept rolling down my stomach, I took pictures and all. I reached out to customer service through email because that's the only way for communication it took 30 days for them to reply saying it was too late to return my item and it had to be returned unused, so how do you know if it works or not if you don't try it. The next lawsuit will be against this company, just watch, and I screenshot all my emails for proof.

Don’t buy this!

Don’t buy this. I purchased in November and immediately contacted customer service because it was too big. No response. I reached out two more times - no response. After researching a bit more, I learned this is a pattern. Many customers have been blown off when trying to exchange or return. It’s WAY too expensive for this type of unprofessional behavior. There are no “out of this world” changes when the product is too big. If the company had any integrity, they would exchange or refund.

Copper Slim is a complete scam

Copper Slim is a complete scam! I ordered the copper slim belt and the odor was disgusting. It also was to big and I ordered the size required for my size! I ask to return it but they have to approve a return label! Never heard of that before. I requested the return on the 12th and they finally approved a return label on the 27th! They stated that it had to be returned by the 9th of Jan or I wouldn't receive a refund. I returned it immediately! Just because they had not received it by the 9th by UPS they sent me an email stating that my request is voided and now I will not receive a refund! item. So now they have the item and my money! These people are absolutely disgusting and I will NEVER EVER order anything from them again! Oh and they blocked all my messages sent to them! WOW!

I wish I could give this zero

I wish I could give this company zero stars . I order a waist trainer 9/28/2022 and refused the shipment when the FedEx Driver attempted delivery . I contacted the company to inform that the waist trainer had been returned 10/19/2022 . It’s unfortunate this company doesn’t provide a customer service line for support . All concerns are addressed via messenger which is a waste of time . I have reached out a total of 10 times regarding my refund and each time I am told they can resend the shipment . They have refused each time to refund my money back for a product that they have received back . Please don’t buy from this company . I am in touch with my bank to report this company as fraud . Again BUYER BE AWARE !!

If I could leave minus 100 stars I…

If I could leave minus 100 stars I would! Customer service is HORRIBLE! I ordered my trainer yesterday. Today it was shipped WITHOUT my apt #! I called FedEx and confirmed the item was still at the facility. They suggested I call Copper Slim but ofcourse there is no phonenumber! I sent a message via messenger and sent several emails only to be told they could not make any changes to what they screwed up! On the order page there is an option to add apt/suite.. I added mines and they FAILED to include it in shipping. After their refusal to assist me I have initiated a dispute with my bank! I refuse to patronize a company with poor service! There are many companies offering amazing products! This is clearly not one of them! I will post my complaint on every site I can find. The representative was very rude land condescending! They steal your money then refuse to help you! They have gotten paid for the trainer but they will not be keeping the funds! #pathetic

I have to say that I am loving my…

I have to say that I am loving my Copper Belt Instant trainer as well as belt. I am not the type to be constant with my workouts and this helps me with like I am actually doing something as I am sweating.
