update 4 months later
I'm writing anothe review 4 months later, my last one was in April, and I just wanted to confirm that the frags I've received from Corals are going strong and some zoas have completely covered the plugs now! The frags they sell are strong and very healthy, also customer service and delivery is brilliant and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
4 months later and I still believe this store deserves the 5 stars!

I ordered from this guy and said the items were sent however never came. When I questioned I was told he was following up lots of these emails saying following up with delivery service. Finally gave me the shipping number and turned out the order was returned to the business because shipping fees were not paid. No attempt to contact me to pay shipping fees. Never seen the order and didn’t get a refund when I asked if he would refund he stopped responding to my mails. Avoid the person/business total scam
Again, response below is lies, no attempt to contact me, no attempt to provide tracking number, delivery never made it out of shipping country, strung me along with lies saying following up with delivery company and had cheek to ask for additional business. The way to make this right is to provide a refund like any reputable business would. Avoid at all costs

This order was sent out correctly & on time, as we have a record of a delivery attempt, but the customer was not in. The customer is responsible to pay a small shipping fee from the delivery company, as it was classed as international - and they didn't. We cant be held responsible for this, and the customer just ignored it rather than contacting us straight away for advice, as we could have helped them. We cant do anything if we don't have the information. Sorry you felt this way, and if we can help make this right in the future, please let us know.
