It was so good to walk into a shop where people were immediately ready to help you and were very knowledgeable on what products were available, 20 mins later I left having agreed a delivery and installation for 3 days later.

Delivery of the fridge freezer was scheduled for Tuesday morning. The delivery driver was not overly pleasant and said this was a 4 man job, would take longer than the slot allocated, door and gate would possibly need to be removed!! He went outside to phone his manager then returned to say he couldn’t do the delivery and his manager would ring me to rearrange. I had a call later that day and delivery was arranged for Thursday morning. The same delivery man arrived and shortly after another man came. The doors from the old fridge/freezer were removed and the fridge/freezer was taken out. The 2 men brought in the new fridge/freezer without the necessity of removing either our front door or our gate!! Corbetts have always had a good reputation for customer service but on this occasion your delivery driver let you down. No apology offered.
