Cornerstone Property Surveying Ltd Avis

Mark from the Croydon branch has been extremely professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. From providing the initial quote through to receiving the survey results, he has kept me well informed and has always been available to answer any questions I’ve had.

His communication has been excellent, and he has made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. I really appreciate his professionalism and would highly recommend his service.

I cannot recommend Cornerstone Property Surveying Ltd highly enough.
From start to finish, Mark Ferraiuolo provided an outstanding service. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and genuinely went the extra mile to make the whole experience straightforward and reassuring.
What particularly impressed me was the personal touch. Mark took the time to telephone me personally to explain the survey findings in detail, talk through his recommendations and answer any questions. This level of care and attention really sets him apart.
The survey report itself was exceptionally thorough, comprehensive and professionally presented, providing valuable information and clear recommendations.
The service also represented excellent value for money, with very reasonable and competitive pricing considering the quality and level of detail provided.
It is refreshing to deal with someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about providing an excellent service to their customers.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark and Cornerstone Property Surveying Ltd to anyone requiring a professional, reliable and thorough property survey. A well deserved five stars!

I recently instructed Cornerstone Property Surveying Ltd. to carry out a Level 3 Building Survey on a property I was considering purchasing, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From start to finish, Mark was absolutely exceptional. The survey itself was thorough and professional, but what really stood out to me was the level of care and support he provided afterwards.

Mark took the time to call me after completing the survey and again after sending the report, going through the findings with me in detail and making sure I properly understood the issues identified with the property. Buying a property can be a daunting process, particularly when a survey highlights problems that you may not have the knowledge or experience to fully understand. Mark went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions and put the findings into context.

What I particularly appreciated was that he never made me feel rushed or that I was asking too many questions. He genuinely wanted to help me understand the condition of the property and the implications of the issues identified. His knowledge, professionalism and willingness to provide support made a potentially stressful part of the property-buying process much easier.

It’s rare to come across someone who provides such a high level of service and genuinely takes the time to look after their clients. Mark is a credit to Cornerstone Property Surveying Ltd., and his attention to detail and customer service were exceptional throughout.

I can’t recommend Mark and Cornerstone Property Surveying Ltd. highly enough. If you’re looking for a professional, knowledgeable and genuinely supportive surveyor, I would have absolutely no hesitation in using them again.

We recently used Cornerstone Property Surveying and were really pleased with the service we received. Mark recommended a Level 2 survey based on what we actually needed, rather than trying to sell us the most expensive option, which we really appreciated.

His restoration experience was particularly helpful when advising us about the poor repointing and spalled brickwork, and he explained everything clearly.
