This company charged my card three times, when I only have two purchases. They did not include a card that I had to design myself and they charged me for, so our gifts went out without any indication who they came from. They sent two packages to one person, neither of which were addressed to that person. Several people said they received nothing at all. They have told me they've refunded me, but did not. It's been a nightmare. I will never work with this company again.
Update: They have rectified everything on their end as best they were able so I'm adding two more stars. However, the products shipped to me arrived in poor condition, most of the product boxes (not the shipping boxes) were ripped or ripping. I worry about the packaging my donors received. However, they did right my other issues, and were kind as they did so.

When you order clothing from this CorporateGift.com, understand there are incorrect sizing issues that they do not hold themselves accountable.
While their t-shirts sizes seem to be pretty on point, their hoodies and jackets size two sizes too large.
Know this when you are ordering their clothing.
For example, a size “large” jacket I received had the shoulder seam 5” down each arm, compromising the function of the jacket as well as creating a ridiculous aesthetic.
This was a gift from a film to its cast and crew, and trust me, I could never wear this useless piece of clothing on set as the sizing issue would just be too dangerous.
We decided to use a gifting platform for our Holiday gifting for the first time ever this year, and chose CorporateGift.com due to the good reviews, wide selection, and ease of use. It has been 4 MONTHS and the majority of our order has NOT been shipped out. We didn't follow up with our order for a while because we trusted that it would be done. When we checked in early February and found the issue we were mortified - and found out that customer service was waiting on a response to a proof that they have never actually sent us! We were annoyed, but cleared it up and again trusted that it would be taken care of. It is now the end of MARCH and our holiday gifts STILL have not gone out. We sent red and green m&m's!! What are our clients going to think when they receive them in April (if they get them at all at this point)?? I am horrified, and not even sure how to proceed at this point.
Our Chief Risk Officer graciously allowed his staff to make a Christmas gift selection through CorporateGift.com. When my gift arrived it was an item I dint order (nor did I want). I reached out to their customer service link/team and after going through a series of emails and sending video proof of the gift I received, I was told that the gift I ordered wasn't available. They essentially said "tough" that is what you are getting. I was never allowed to reselect something I actually wanted, just suck it up and take what they sent. Again, this was after multiple email exchanges and yet they did NOTHING to fix their problem with fulfillment. Please think hard before engaging with this vendor or risk alienating your employees because the have no integrity or dedication to doing what is right by the consumer. We are an extremely large retail bank and I will be with senior leaders this week and will let them know and let them decide if you are a vendor we should ever use again.
CorporateGift was wonderful both as a gifter and giftee. A TON of high-quality options and the ordering process was easy. Great communication, tracking, and the gift arrived fast. We'll use it again in the future!
