Purchased these boots for a special occasion. Wore them twice in one week, but noticed immediately that material was missing and one of the boots material was unraveling. Sent full pictures and support of the poor quality and received a response that the boots require “more care”, which I interpret as looking at but not wearing. If I pay over $200 for a pair of boots and they fall apart after 2 wears, then why would I purchase again? I bought three pairs from this company in the last year alone and already owned 3 pairs, but cannot recommend this company going forward. I never expected to have such a poor experience and poor customer service response, so making sure all other customers know and also informing all friends who previously admired my boots. Good luck if you take your chances-I really thought this was a solid company that stood behind their products but discovered the truth the hard way!

Poor quality boot, worn less than twenty times, the dole disintegrated. When contacted the company’s response was Thanks for reaching out. It seems the rubber insert of your boot has worn out. You can take them to a cobbler or to a shoe repair shop to get them replaced.
They never even attempted to make it right. This company has poor quality, poor attitude without concern they put out a poor quality boot as expensive as they were. I expected a better attitude other saying you can take them to have them repaired. I am sorry, I have had boots where I resoled them two times over a twenty year period and were worn out before I let them go. I will buy this brand again. Poor quality, expect that… made in Mexico. Poor attitude from this company’s personnel, poor attitude and not worried about their quality. Be aware before purchasing this product as it is not backed up by their company and not worried about their reputation.
