If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered pedestals, paid my money in good faith on the 21st of August.. it's now the 7 th of November and nothing yet. Jonathan who is some manager confirmed that they had to get another shipping company. That was in September and since then it's just been stupid excuses. And now no one bothers to respond.

Scam company, do not do business with them. I ordered items back in August 2025, it is now almost November and they have not delivered the items. There communication via email is sub standards

They are scammer they take the payment and give us the delivery date and never send us the product never buy anything from them

Bought 2 furnitures on august. Fake delivery time and after 2 months I didn't t receive the products. don't buy anything from them. no answer. no refund. it's a scam

It's a scam. I paid for the products over two months ago. Initially, they answered a couple of messages about having issues with the courier company, but they never even sent me the tracking number or the invoice. Now, no one responds, but their ads keep appearing on social media to attract more people. Be careful.

Complete Liars!! Goods advertised delivered in 9 days! 9 weeks later the only contact I’ve received is when I’ve sent desperate emails, had some shipping excuses, yet still not so much as a tracking number. No product and no refunds. So possibly not liars but theives!!!!

We ordered over 2 months ago and still waiting for delivery or any response. Unfortunately it seems to be a scam and I hope this review prevents others from falling for it.

well to be honest i did a seach before i paid it seemed all ok ,but as with all other reviews no product no refund. can facebook please chcck thier advertisrs

As it stands, almost 3 months after my order was made these guys stopped responding to messages, they responded initially saying there are delays in the shipping but then they completely went awol. I do t know if they are scammers or incompetent , either way they are not worth your time or money .

This is 100% a scam. It's been several months and I never received my order. They keep blaming shipping but they refuse to provide a tracking number. It's a scam. And it's a shame. I've reported to Shopify and they don't do anything. I guess if you pay a subscription to Shopify then you're allowed to scam people. (end of update)

Be careful everyone. It's a scam. The red flags were there but I thought I'd take a chance. It's been over 40 days and never received my order. I got an email a month ago saying my order shipped but no tracking number.

If you look at their Facebook page, they have all angry reactions but no comments like they delete the comments of the people they scammed.

I wanted to share so others don't get scammed too.

SCAM - everything there except for the product.

These individuals appear to be running a scam. They claim the order has been shipped, yet they refuse to provide a tracking number. I placed the order two months ago and have not received anything to date. They also claim to be based in Turkey, but I received an email from a U.S. phone number, which raises further concerns.

I strongly advise against using this company as it appears to be a complete scam. A major red flag is their "Meet the Team" page. The photos of their supposed employees are not genuine; they have been lifted from other websites.

You can easily verify this for yourself by running a reverse image search on any of the pictures. A company that is dishonest about its own staff cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs.

I didn't order from the website, but as another user wrote in their review, it seems really suspicious to have such low prices for these items.
Another thing i find really suspicious is their contact e-mail being @outlook.com
And they have an address in New York, USA and one "american" phone number. Also, i don't trust websites that don't have an option to pay through PayPal as they have direct access to your cards.

The web looks very suspicious. Very low price for products promising lots of very cool features, where every single feature is worth of the price for the whole product. Very big savings together with extra free product don't look realistic. When filled an order form I was contacted via WhatsUp after 30 minutes of inactivity while I was trying to find some additional information, reviews and references to the company and its products. It was in Arabic and was pushing me to finish the purchase from a company with no relation to the seller.
