Coshd Avis 

We ordered three costumes from Coshd on 24 September for a themed event abroad, and paid an extra £20 for express delivery, advertised as 5–8 business days. Nearly a month later, one costume still hasn’t arrived and another came without its boots. Customer service has since confirmed in writing that the missing parcel won’t arrive before we leave.

The Padmé costume that did arrive was not the quality or standard shown on the website.

When we complained, we were told we’d have to pay to post everything back to Shanghai by airmail, within two weeks, before any refund would be considered. Their alternative was to keep the items and accept a 10% refund. They also refused to refund the express delivery charge, even though the items arrived late or not at all.

Be aware that although the website is .co.uk and prices are in pounds, the company appears to be based in China, and returns go to a Shanghai address. Under UK consumer law, sellers must cover return costs for faulty or not-as-described goods, but Coshd’s policy puts that cost on the customer.

If you need items by a specific date, or want the reassurance of easy returns, I’d recommend buying elsewhere.

I have since been contacted by cosh asking for a booking reference!

I bought this cosplay, really looking forward to its arrival, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. I’m absolutely in love with it! The fabric features the character’s canonical colors, the stitching is well-done, and it comes with all the belts and accessories, such as the necklace. The faux leather is of good quality, and the sizing is spot on!
I also ordered the version that includes a wig; I was really impressed by the quality of the wig cap, and the amount of hair is just perfect.
I’m in love with it! I highly recommend this site—they’ve proven that the quality of their cosplays is impeccable.

Very, very poor customer service.

No intention of righting wrongs. No fair return or refund policy.

I would avoid this company.

Order arrived on time however sizing was not accurate. Emailed but took so long to reply that had to start to modify as time was running out until the day I needed to wear. Looked shocking so went in the bin.

They made the costume too small and then told me I have to either pay to return it or buy a new one. They don’t follow their own policy or even the 14 day return policy that every company follows.
Now having to go through my bank to get my money back as the costume they sent is useless to me.
Would avoid and go elsewhere to save time and hassle. And you might even get something that fits from somewhere else.

Orderd the resident evil 2 leon kennedy costume with the boots and I have to say this must be a joke right? The boots didnt even come with the outfit and the materials used are just horrendous the belt barely works with the outfit because of the friction the shirt barely fits and the tactical vest doesn't even look proper when you have it on it just puffs out abit and did I mention the material??? It is a sweat magnet the "waterproof" feel is horrendous and makes it very uncomfortable and hot definitely not up to expectations especially after paying £130+! I am appalled and the refund policy is shocking!

Costume exactly as described, when running into a delivery issue the company was so helpful and straightforward to contact and helped immediately, I completely recommend.

16 days later it has still not arrived and he didnt have it for his harry potter party which was hugely disappointing for him and me
what they didnt say it that it seems to take forever to process order......................never again

Ordered a Batman cosplay paid a lot of money for it was supposed to come with boots too no boots came the quality of the cosplay is a joke there services is and trying to chance up a refund but no response I am very disappointed

Very reasonably priced! Although shipping did take a long time as items came from China, (I was aware of the time scales and ordered well in advance for when I needed the items) they were happy to provide shipping information and updates over email and responded very fast.

The items looked as photographed on the website and fit perfectly.

I absolutely loved this Jester cosplay from The Freak Circus! The quality is really impressive, and the details make the whole costume look great in person. It fits well, feels comfortable to wear, and really captures Jester’s distinctive look.

I’m very happy with how it turned out and I’d definitely recommend it to other fans of The Freak Circus looking for a cosplay.

I absolutely love this cosplay! Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The quality of the costume is excellent, and you can really tell how much attention to detail went into making it.

The sizing was perfect and matched the measurements provided, so it fit me exactly as expected. It was also surprisingly comfortable to wear, which made moving around and taking photos so much easier. I never felt restricted or uncomfortable while wearing it.

Cosplay arrived after around 2 weeks. Everything went smoothly and I’m happy with the quality (The Freak Circus cosplay). The package arrived safely and there were no issues

I placed an order 1st August....received 10th September. Perfectly good costume but unfortunately arrived after the event I ordered it for so make sure you check...I did contact the company & received a partial refund.

This is the second time I have bought a star trek uniform from this site and I have not been disappointed at all.
I like the quality of the materials of the uniform and it is inexpensive.
To tell the truth I am planning to change it into a babylon 5 uniform.
I ordered it on the 27th of August and it arrived today Thursday 3rd September absolutely fast,
I can't say anything bad about the order or the company, absolutely brilliant. 👍

I ordered on 3 August and it’s now 31st August and I’ve just been told it’s still not left the factory.
It’s not arriving in time for event and all I’m offered is 10%, this is ridiculous.
There was no update anywhere to say it was taking so long and I had to contact them via e mail. I guess I’m even lucky to get a reply.
Don’t use this site, waste of money

The cosplay is super high quality and fits very well according to size chart.
Also came with 3d accessories!
