I started with this company in April and lost over 52! . Melissa, the rep has been very helpful and effective asking questions and concerns.

Originally using cosmeticrx there were some issues. They rectified it, but I switched to another company for my Tirezpatide due to pricing. They reached out regarding a promo so I switched back to give them another shot. The refill process was relatively easy even if I didn't really get full confirmation my order was revived until I proactively reached out again.

My biggest red flag is the shipments and how they're shipped. I provided this feedback to the company, but want to warn others because I noticed how sloppy the packaging has been with my last few shipments, making me concerned for the integrity of the medication. The latest shipment was biggest cause for concern and I have stopped my subscription and am seriously considering throwing this $149 shipment away.

"I know that I live in a hot state so I understand melting will happen but the water penetrated all the seals. Including the pill bottle the medication is in, it made me very concerned for the safety of this product. Although I am getting a good deal with Cosmeticrx I will no longer be renewing my prescription due to this safety concerns. I can send pictures for reference if you need them, but the company should seriously reconsider how they seal & ship this product for their consumers protection."

They take care of you when you are new so you will give them a positive review and then after that they do not have any customer support and you will wait weeks for your medications. But, they will be sure to get their money immediately. You are basically stuck waiting because you have paid for it and they will not reimburse you, so you are at their mercy, and they know that. I feel like I’ve been robbed of 300.00 because I paid 2 weeks ago and I have no product to show for it.

Terrible customer service- no one to talk to, everything is email. I asked to stop a shipment the day before it shipped and they said it was too late to stop it. It’s total BS - now I’ll get the product and will need to return it. Never again!

From November 2025 thru May 2026 I received very good Tirzepatide, although several vials arrived warm due to poor/undersized packing for 2day shipments.

June 3, 2026 without any warning I received a vial from Greenwich Labs with HALF the usual contents. Tom (a FLA phone/text rep) told me it was more powerful so they cut supply in half. The new Tirz was so weak, I complained until Tom promised a free replacement vial from another lab. 3 MONTHS LATER, only thing I received was repeated empty promises.

THEN, I found something even worse and which violates federal law. CosmeticRx changed my medical records. They altered ALL my 11/2025 thru 05/2026 orders. They showed 100% wrong/false prescription data. MartianWater.Store now has a review posted to warn consumers with even more details about this fraudulent business and points people to 4 honest providers out of 69 online clinics it has reviewed.

Melissa was amazing and so informative. She made the experience wonderful and I’ll be a returning experience.

I signed up on 8-5 using a groupon offer. They asked for my card info. which I provided. It indicated everything went thru! Today 8-6 I didn't hear a pep so I logged in on cosmeticez and they were asking me to pay again! Sent them a message at 6pm Mt. asking why I was being asked to pay again? Not off to a good start! Will update after I hear from them

Ordered the wrong product strength and informed chat immediately upon reviewing the purchase confirmation.
Told them to stop the shipment and I would reorder the correct strength.
I assumed they had stopped the order
A few days later I received the order & notified chat that I wanted to return and get a refund. The only problem was no reply from the chat. Tried again a week later to return. I was getting annoyed then I got my credit card statement and there was a complete REFUND. THAT WAS AWESOME & I AM DELIGHTED. It would have been nice to have been informed a credit was issued so I would not have continued to chat and request a refund. lol The 4 is due to no response to inform me I was refunded. They are a great company & definintely deserve a 5 but i cannot ignore the lack of chat response even tho they had taken care of my request. Prices are great and the product is cheaper than anywhere else I have found. Vicki Cooper
