Shocking customer service from Cosmo Manchester waitress tips a plate of food down my partners top and after 15 calls to the manager and 6 emails still no response apparently the manager is too busy to rectify their staff incompetence Avoid at all costs

Terrible food, unhygenic with lids open on everything, staff disinterested...massively overrated. Back to mr basrai fountain park...far superior

Went on 29/09/2018, 13:30, to the Derby restaurant, near Westfield, after booking 4 days before a reservation for 4, with one of us having his birthday on the 26/09, which means a free meal for him within one week of his birthday. When we arrived, we were informed that the terms changed two days ago (!!) and the birthday has to be on the day of the reservation. When I protested that I booked before that and they should honor the agreement, long story short, the manager told me that she exercised her managerial right (!?!) and withdrew from the offer-agreement. Thank God, we have trustpilot and tripadvisor!

DO NOT GO TO DONCASTER COSMO'S!!

Firstly, we were sat on the smallest table ever next to the bar, with all your staff weaving in and out of our chairs to pile dirty cups and plates on top of the bar right next to us. cutlery, glasses and plates were all filthy!

THE FOOD WAS DIRE. Out of the 3 plates I got I ate 2 slices of pizza, a little bit of naan bread in some sauce and what I thought was duck (there was a sign to say this was duck) but turned out to be pulled pork? A potential hazard for anyone with allergies or beliefs etc. Some of the food was cold, some of the food looked as though it had been left there for ages and then some of it just tasted cheap and nasty.

There was one kid who decided to get his hands in absolutely everything, picking the cake up with his hands, eating the popcorn straight from the container repeatedly.

NO salad or healthy options what so ever. No where I could get anything healthy at all. No lettuce, vegetables or anything.

There was nothing in place for vegetarians, people with nut allergies or vegans!

I did try to speak with your staff about this when we were trying to pay, there was also my friend who did the same thing. But unfortunately, your staff did not seem interested and would not even offer to give us our money back!

I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO COSMOS!

The worst food I have ever eaten . Chicken drumstick with blood in them plus Chinese chicken raw on the inside and to finish it of served a beef dish made of pork and now I have a family member beeing sick all over the place as there allergic to pork . Staff were told and nothing done just blamed everyone elese for there constant disgusting service . Food standards agency all ready contacted I would avoid bentley bridge establishment at all cost .

Really good, fresh food! Service could be a little quicker but it was busy so understandable. Very friendly staff.

Great place, fab food. I think there is some wastage of food. but couldnt ask for more from a buffet place.It is a bit more expensive now than what it was before.

I'm a dissabled client. I got really ill so couldn't risk making today to the Romford branch. I called to cancel the booking so another person may have it as early as possible. I tried 3 times with no reply whatsoever after a total. Of 1hr 5mins!! I had to hang up as I felt a migraine coming with the stress alone. People with physical disabilities compounded by chronic desease donnot have a lot of energy. To have to spe d that much time in vain is cruel. Nothononline showed they had a problem. I took a screenshot of the calls made in case management gets in touch with me.

I hope management looks into what exactly happened. I tried my best.

Excellent food and service. I have visited 2 restaurents in different locations. Very good service, kind staff. Pleased to recommend to others.

10 of us went to Cosmo at Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton today.
Our first ever visit.
The food was delicious, fantastic choice of dishes. Presented beautifully and fresh.
The resturant itself is very nice, staff polite and helpful.
We will definitely be returning soon.

Went for a meal at Cosmo Nottingham and arrived at 9:30
On a Saturday evening as soon we sat down was told buffet was being cleared soon??? They close at 11 or 11:30, walked round buffet and saw staff helping themselves, hardly any food was out and parts were being cleared already, just after 10pm chocolate fountain was being taken down and again was told buffet was being cleared, by 10:30 the restaurant was empty and we felt like it was a wasted meal and experience.

Complained via Facebook as website didn’t respond only to be 25% off a meal, I said that wasn’t acceptable only to be told we don’t give free meals??

I have been here a few times, my partner really likes it as he is a vegetarian and this is one of the places that do have a large vegetarian selection.

I do like the fact that there is a lot of choice for food however, not all the food is piping hot. For example, more often than not the pizza slices always tend to be cold. It would be nice if all the food was kept hot. The deserts always run out and there isn't enough choice for the deserts. They used to do this amazing chocolate gateau which was very light and and not too sweet but for some reason they have stopped doing it now and I don't know why.

It is always very noisy in there but I suppose you have to expect that when it is full and sometimes it can be difficult to even get a table because it is so busy. It used to be a lot cheaper and I am sure they have put their prices.

I do love the fact that they have different ranges of food as sometimes I don't know what I am in the mood for so I can have a little bit of everything. The staff are always very friendly and helpful so no complaints there either and I will definitely keep going back.

Absolutely disgusting.
These people giving good views either have no standards with what they eat or are just tight and have never eaten a decent meal. The service is horrendous, I actually refused to eat any main meal once I was in there, I had a bowl of ice cream and no drink because when I asked where to get the drinks from I got no reply. Two reasons I didn't eat a main meal, one because there was about 3 meals to choose from (call yourself a buffet, there was no food!) and what -was- out looked like it'd been sat there since 1928. Other family members ate and were ill the day after, upset stomachs. We left with no refund as they accused me of having a drink and a meal, which is bs. If you like the look of dog food, then go here.

Cant beat it for good food at a decent price
