Good service BUT the delivery company FEDEX let them down because the couldn’t deliver my package for 3 times till I had to chase the driver around London to collect from him as they said incorrect address every time

As ordered the pack of Luseco IP 65 downlights were dispatched very quickly and received in good order. I have used this product before and they are neat, tidy and very easy to install as they have piano key style loop in and out connectors.

Excellent service and prices
Really good company. I have used them lots of times. I have also had them send invoices directly to my clients, so they can order their own materials on jobs. They are very good at that and have a smooth and easy to use email / payment link system.
Their customer service is also great. Last weekend I placed an order which I later realised was for the wrong item. I needed IP65 downlights and mistakenly ordered IP20 versions from the same range. Cosmo didn’t have the IP65 I needed listed on their website but I sent them a message requesting to either cancel or swap for the ones I needed. They promptly replied and advised they could order them in for me. I also wanted an additional one, they sent me a link to pay for the difference (which was very fair in price). They said it would delay dispatch by a couple of days, which was totally understandable but in the end they were dispatched the next working day.
