A wonderful trips and terrific holiday experience 🇮🇹🇨🇭

~ Our tour director, Gianluca, was not only a very clever and sharp witted tour leader, he was also a fantastic storyteller! He brought every stories to life.
We learned so much from him about Italy. He went above and beyond, showing us those hidden gems and local spots which no guidebook could have done that. His kindness, sweetness, genuine sense of humor, playfulness, warmth, hospitality, and utmost patience truly made us feel like at home. He was passionate and knowledgeable. He turned simple walk into an unforgettable and pleasant experience for us.

~ Our driver, Francesco, was a remarkably skillful driver. From the moment we boarded until the final drop-off, he made our Italy 🇮🇹 & Switzerland 🇨🇭 adventures very smooth, safe, enjoyable, and full of laughters.

We had the most incredible experience, our tour guide Aziz/ Graham was unbelievable. He taught us so much about the Moroccan culture. He was kind, knowledgeable and witty.

I enjoyed the tour of Morocco. The Hotels were adequate but I expected the rooms to be air conditioned which they weren’t! This resulted in a hot, stuffy, cigarette smelling room! The breakfasts served that were included with the Hotel room was adequate. Some Hotels having limited options. Got a little tired of seeing so many mosques and Mausoleums. Found there were some very long days on the Coach. Found the temperature on the Coach stifling as when it was cooler outside, the heat was cranked up which i found very uncomfortable and challenging! Tour Director did a good job by scheduling regular comfort stops. He has a great command of the Moroccan culture. Found him to be entertaining and animated when relaying stories. Found the highlight of the tour was the Sahara Excursion! Just amazing!!

The Tour guide was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and keep the tour exciting.

Spain & Portugal Tour: Well organized itinerary and accommodation was acceptable and well located in the key cities. The Tour director was excellent and kept the group together.

The Tour Director and Driver were fantastic, the hotels were all good and the locations visited were all as wonderful as we expected. Carmel was able to give us all the history on the areas we visited and drove thru.

First time using Cosmos. Went to South America, including Easter Island.
The tour was well organised. Lots of included excursions. Plenty of free time to explore on our own.

Haves travelled now quite a number of times with Cosmos to Europe and also America and Canada. Great tour company with a high level of communication, setting you up for a wonderful time when travelling. Competent and knowledgeable tour guides, experienced drivers, reasonable cost of travel and a detailed itinerary, providing the highlights that need to be experienced. Well done Cosmos - we will be travelling with you again!

Everything I needed was there be it helping me to get the train in a place where I wanted to go. The staff in the hotel were courteous, helpful and happy to answer all your questions. The tour director and coach driver as well plus the local tour guides. An exceptional holiday for me and my friend.

Great tour, very knowledgeable tour guide and excellent driver. Lots of nice hotels with all the amenities, nice meals and seeing so much on the guided tours. I recommend 100%.

The first day we didn’t get there in time so they left without us. The guy didn’t see we’re sorry you didn’t go didn’t acknowledge us at all. Then the new bus driver backed into the building, busted out the window in the back of the bus nobody came back for I don’t know how long then the bus driver comes back and goes and walks up. Then the director comes back five minutes later And says oh is everybody OK that we had to wait for another bus? I was not impressed with the tour director very impersonal.

We had a great trip. Andreas was a terrific guide. Due to us booking 3 of the 4 offered excursions we were very busy......too busy. Personally we needed a little more rest time. We enjoyed so much of Sicily. Hotel dinners were....interesting. Lots and lots of pasta.I know it's Italy but a little less pasta and a little more meat would suit us. Overall a good education of Sicily.
