Well planned trip including traveling on trains that I have only read about. Breathtaking scenery.

This my first experience with a Cosmos tour--all went well! The tour size was larger than expected--38 in the group. The hotels were satisfactory and the itinerary was busy but also allowed for sufficient free time to explore. The tour director was lovely and kept the group together. I do feel all of the activities and tourist highlights were included, e.g. temples, shrines, museums, etc.

Flights on time, accommodation were great. Tour guide was a blast. Food was awesome.

The sites the tour covered were fabulous and the guide informative. Many of the "extra excursions" are included in the regular price of other companies. Also, with Cosmos the hotels were out of the main parts of the towns we visited -- thus making it impossible to walk to various sites and shopping areas

Great experience, but the hotel breakfast were not very good.

The Tour was memorable because of the capacity of the Tour Director and the Driver. The Tour Director Laurenas defined the "outer edges" of his role by becoming aware of the unique people in the group, the very people who become a challenge if the tour director is not aware of those factors. In addition, he got to know each person individually and built that knowledge into his pattern of dealing with the group and its interests. Integrating these variables, he established an approach that satisfied the interests of the entire group. He did not interfere with the work of the individual local area guides but allowed them to deliver their knowledge of the respective areas and thus supplied the knowledge learning of the tour.
The Driver was equally skilled and concentrated on safe transportation and effective organization of each individual's baggage and personal belongings.

Loved my Route 66 Tour. I’ve toured with Cosmos many times. The itinerary was great. The tour guide and driver were wonderful. Excursions and optionals were on point. Will definitely tour with Cosmos again.

Peggy, our Tour Director, was incredibly diligent, friendly & helpful. It seemed like whenever she wasn't leading fun activities or giving us interesting and important information, she was calling ahead to make sure our future stops would go smoothly.

Tony, our bus driver, was amazingly skilled, friendly and helpful. He got through some incredibly tight spaces and dealt with some awful traffic.
My mother-in-law needed a wheelchair at most stops. He was careful to choose good places for her to get out, and he was always super quick to get the wheelchair out from under the bus and put it back when we returned.

The two of them had a really good chemistry, making jokes with each other for our amusement.

The transfers from and to the airport was great. Hotels were good with great food. Areas of interest were on point with what's visitors were looking for.

I had a wonderful time in Kenya and Tanzinia, there were a couple of things that may need to be addresses. one there was no preparation for the bumpy roads encountered. I accept it just wish it had been said a little more often.
the only other thing that caused a concern, was while on and excursion in Tanzinia, we went to a
Banana plantation and to a pub to try the beer, while there we had no protection and sitting in a little hut with strangers coming in was a little unsettling. overall a great trip

I had wonderful trip with Cosmos. Everything was organised. No need to worry about my luggage. My tour leader was helpful and friendly. The food included in the trip were delicious. Enjoy the scenery and met lovely people. The hotel is a bit far from city centre and few hotel need improvement from their end. Other than that, I enjoyed the trip.

Beautiful Greek scenery. Full packed itinerary. Good knowledgable guide. Courteous and polite and very good driver. On the whole hotels very good just a few needed bathrooms updated. Overall a very enjoyable holiday

I truly enjoyed The Classic New England Trip! We visited so many beautiful places throughout New England and experienced the breathtaking scenery of the fall colors. The hotels were comfortable, and the itinerary was well planned. The coach was clean and comfortable, with a very professional driver.

Our tour director, Heidi, and coach driver, Maria, were absolutely the best of the best! They were knowledgeable, informative, helpful, and incredibly professional — a fantastic team who made the trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend.

This was our first time. We were extremely pleased with the tour director and all the accommodations. We are looking forward to seeing another part of the country. We had a great time and met people from around the world. Truly amazing
