Cosmoswireless Avis 4

Im about 7 months with cosmos wireless and i moved houses and they told me thare is no one available to move my line to my new house and they cost it 60 euro and i called ghem again after calling and calling all day long and they told me we will call back again and again they charged me the month that i didnt had internet and i spoke with their support and one woman told me she will cancel the month that i didn’t have internet and i found a cheaper company with much more than them and i i called them to terminate my contract and i called today 11/08/25 and they told me they will charge me the month that i didn’t had internet and the termination fee total 200 euro they didn’t give me the speeds that i payd for and they want the full amount 1/10 review

Honestly they are the worst company to ever deal with. They are constantly changing my bill to try and get more money out of me. Even after I show them my previous payment, they still claim that the new higher bill is what I am on. Stay well clear.

Horrendous customer service. £20 for a week's connection to the internet which has been so poor it wouldn't load a single page from the beginning. I've contacted them several times with no reply. When initially reported they stated they would not give a refund despite the fact that can clearly see I've never been able to use the service. Its a communal broadband service that I will ensure others coming into the building are fully aware of the poor quality and service provided. I hope it get removed from the building. Crooks.

Cosmoswireless promised me via social media that they would provide a better ping speed for gaming, so I signed up, they sent a technician (who brought a trainee technician along which made the install take twice as long as it should) and they drilled a hole through a glass window pane for the cable which they didn't even need as they routed the cable another way. The the ping speed was worse than my previous provider, Cosmos then said I could have a refund ONLY if I brought them the equipment back to them myself!! Meaning I'd have to go out on my own high roof to retrieve the dish which I'm not qualified or insured to do! Communication with Cosmos is a joke, they have zero organisational skills, poor and unprofessional service, they will happily take you money and provide a substandard service! don't use them.
