The main issue I had was with the delivery, I ordered two water kefir kits, one for me and one for my mother. I received the delivery of 1 of them but the 2nd was nowhere to be found. When I got in touch, the delivery company yodel tried to say that both had been delivered when it was in fact two deliveries from two different companies. If the delivery company or counter culcha had bothered to look at the pictures they would see the difference in size in the packages delivered. They promptly sent me off another box which was delivered. However a few days later I received a delivery from yodel which was just the sleeve from the water kefir kit box and no box inside. Clearly Yodel had damaged or lost the box and for some reason decided to deliver some of it anyway without contacting the manufacturer. I hope this company does not send anything via yodel ever again. I will enquire next time as it will definitely impact if I purchase from them in future.

The product itself is great and I’m loving using it, being able to make this myself is something I’ve wanted for a while and it was so easy. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try making healthier soft drinks and experimenting with flavours for something that is great for your gut!

Sadly the package arrived with the 2 bottles of kombucha smashed luckily the fermenting jar was in tact. The glass was not protected well enough for transport. Otherwise happy with the products just decanted my first batch, very happy.

Just had my first sip of very own homemade Kombucha using the Complete Kombucha Kit-- couldn't believe it is SO simple to make with this step-by-step guide. I was always apprehensive about getting into making my own kombucha at home as the process looked so long and time-consuming online. But nono, not with Counter Culcha, they provide you with all the tools you need and break down each step, making it as simple and easy as possible to follow and in no time at all. I started my kombucha on a Sunday eve. Once you set it aside the kombucha does all the work itself. I'll never buy Kombucha in a store again-- homemade all the way!

My kit arrived with one bottle having been smashed in transit, Fraser was amazing at responding to my request for a replacement, and I received another within a couple of days, the kit had everything I needed to start making my own kefir water, the instructions with the kit are clear and easy to understand and I can say I am happily brewing away delicious water kefir, I have just had a glass of my homemade fizzy pomegranate, lemon and ginger kefir water, I highly recommend this kit and the company, Both are fantastic many thanks CounterCulcha 🙏🏼

I bought this kefir kit on the recommendation of a health conscious friend. It was really easy to order on eBay but there is also a website where it is a bit cheaper. It arrived within two days. It's a great quality, eco friendly product and would be perfect as a gift too.
