The Country Catalogue Avis 

Order was very late and when it did arrive, only one part of the order was there. Had to wait another 10 days for the second part of the order which turned out to be the wrong item.
My emails were not responded to and the phone lines are never answered so I returned my items and asked for a full refund.
My items were returned exactly as the paperwork suggested which was by recorded delivery but I've still not had a refund and it's been 22 days since the items were received by the company.
My emails are still not being replied to and I still can't get through to anyone by phone and I've even left a message asking for someone to call me.
Very poor service and communication.
I'm now having to go through my bank to try and get my money back.

No one answering their phones only a message saying to email the company which I have done every day for the last three days and still no reply

I would rather support small businesses however have not had a great experience. It took longer than I hoped for dispatch (ordered on 15th November and was dispatched on 29th November) although the delivery was then quick.
I was sent the incorrect size so returned the item for exchange if the size was in stock or a refund if not. I personally did not find it very clear where to send the return. I used the address at the top of the delivery note although this address is different to the contact us section on the website.
I emailed on the 10th December and the item was received their end on the 12th (I returned tracked and signed for).
I have called and left two messages and have not had a response to my email or call.
I have not had acknowledgement of the return or anything to inform me as to whether it will be a refund or exchange.
We are now 3 working days away from Christmas and I am out of pocket and short of a Christmas present. I appreciate this is a busy time of year and it is a small businesses but I would have thought I had left plenty of time.

Pure cotton shirt lovely against the skin and well cut and made no skimping on material so comfortable in that respect too one feels well dressed so good for self esteem.
Twice the price of cheaper versions of this shirt which I have bought before but what a difference so well worth the extra cost.

I was looking for something similar to an oodie for Christmas Eve boxes, but for a big family everything was so expensive. Until I found online home shop with oversized blanket hoodies for around £10. I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic quality when they were delivered, and with such a good choice I managed to get everyone’s favourite themes or colours. Very happy!
