Very poor service from country farm…

Very poor service from country farm supplies. I got an email saying they despatched 2 jfc calf feeder I ordered online on the 18th of February and I still haven't recieved them almost a month later. When I was talking to country farm supplies thay said they would look into it and get back to me which they never did. I've been sending emails and trying to ring the shop looking for an update and no one is replying or answering the phone. I would avoid buying anything from these lads Very poor at communicating to the customer and they are selling stuff online that they dont have in stock themselves

AVOID!!

AVOID!!! Ordered ritchey gel. Received net tex agri gel. After a long time waiting on dispatch I had e- mailed to confirm that the gel I wanted was still available to be told yes it was. (It obviously wasnt) In addition to this I received 2 different delivery dates . Absolute shambles of a company. I will definitely not be using again.

I bought wet gear

I bought wet gear, it was advertised as breathable, but there not breathable, for the price of them I though they would be better

Disappointing

Ordered a kids ridge line fleece on the 8th of December! I emailed wondering when it would be shipped and got a reply on the 20th of December saying once they receive it they will prioritise shipping as soon as possible. That was two months ago, very disappointed as it was a Christmas present and have heard nothing since.

I ordered a pair of overalls and…

I ordered a pair of overalls and gloves, got the confirmation email after 2 weeks nothing arrived so i emailed them twice got no reply so i started a live chat and again no agent available. So i messaged them on tic tok and got an reply, the reason i hadn’t received my order was they hadn’t the size in the overalls.. ok could you not of told me that.. so they tell me they have a size up and would I expect that and that he would sent via dpd with the gloves the next day.. i excepted the size up as i was just sick of it at this stage.. that was 5 days ago and still nothing has arrived.. shocking customer service shocking experience avoid avoid avoid.. i live in Dublin and I’m seriously thinking of driving down to cork to confront them in person… they obviously don’t care about the customer.

DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE!! Ordered a stick reader, over £1100 that said it was in stock but wasnt. Don't reply to emails or calls, only got an answer when using different phone numbers and then they won't answer that number again after speaking to you once. Onlyu answered when i selected to pay an account but not for sales enquiries/delivery enquiries. Won't send an invoice or refund so i'm trying to get the money back from my credit card provider nearly 3 months later. DO NOT USE THEM

Serious stock & delivery issues

Buyer beware; Items displayed as in stock may not actually be in stock, let alone get delivered on time. Communication is extremely poor — unanswered calls, delayed replies, and conflicting information — to the point where I genuinely thought the business was a scam.

I had to cancel my order after being told at the last minute it wouldn’t arrive on time, and even the refund required repeated chasing.

Two stars only because I eventually got my money back. If delivery time or reasonable communication matters to you, I’d strongly recommend buying elsewhere.

Awful experience with country farm supplies

I ordered a Kaiwaka storm force jacket Christmas Eve I received confirmation of the order and that was all. Rang and rang for ages no answer, no call backs nothing really poor customer service. After about 10 calls to them I finally got through to the boss man Jason when I rang I reached an answering machine each time and I pressed the number in relation to paying money on my account which I did not need to do but of course the phone was answered straight away when I clicked that button, he then told me they didn’t have the size small in stock but it was in stock when I ordered it so therefore if it wasn’t in stock it should have been displayed on the website and I would have gone somewhere else as the jacket was €350. He then offered to send out an Xs jacket to me which I accepted because by this stage I was sick of it and he told me if it was too small I could send it back and I would get my size small when it came back in stock in 2 weeks time. I received the xs and I decided I was going to send it back as it’s tight on I rang 5 more times no answer as per usual so rang the following day and Adam answered he told me that he would get Jason to ring me back but never got that call and said “shur you can send that back to us” and that he would put it in the group chat that I rang & pass on the message to Jason. I never got any call so I kept on to the jacket that doesn’t fit comfortably because the customer service is so poor and I don’t know do they even know for definite when they would they have the size small in stock. I always found Country farm supplies excellent but this exp and a previous exp has forced me to go further afield when buying Agri related products. It’s just a joke the amount of money you spend for items and they couldn’t care less & every day there advertising themselves on TikTok & so on and they can't seem to answer a phone or help someone out.

After this review was posted, I was contacted by the owner Jason who apologised and offered a goodwill gift to resolve the issue, stating it would be sent the following day. This has still not been received, and follow-up messages have gone unanswered. Very disappointing way to handle a complaint & a lot of empty promises.
