Be carefull when ordering anything from this site. I got scammed by a company called Wellnee. Instead of $17.95 it cost me well over $100. I have deleted Coupons 65 .

Money taken, no product sent, refund refused.
I have purchased three things through this outfit last year, none of which i've received.
I also ordered an Oshenwatch on 16 October , which actually resulted in me remembering the previous non-delivery, so I immediately cancelled that order.
Nevertheless, they took the money from my account, and since then, despite me showing photo evidence of my bank account, they claim that they did not take the money and are refusing to refund. I am following up with my bank.
This frustrating process has involved over 20 emails so far, and in the end they are just blanking me, saying 'no money taken, no refund, talk to your bank' - despite my clear photo evidence.
I can only come to the conclusion that this is a bent outfit. I also particularly object to the the way this is marketed (in New Zealand) under the email heading 'Coupon65 Senior Deal' claiming (falsely?) 50% discounts, and being predatory on older folks like me, designed to look like it's sanctioned under official Senior Citizens or such.
I strongly recommend against dealing with this predatory outfit, but if I do get resolutions to my issues, I will update my review accordingly.
Robbed
I purchased an Oshenwatch on the 31st December 2020 and have not received any reply acknowledging or confirming the purchase yet the money has already been taken from my account.
I placed my order on the 10 December 2020
I placed my order, the money was taken from my account.
I have emailed twice and still have not heard back.
It is a scam!
Is this a scam? order not recieved, but money deducted from my Visa. I ordered five monocular telephoto lenses for phone cameras for family Christmas presents in November, and in December got an email saying it might take up to 30 days from order submission to come. When the 30 days passed I emailed them asking when I can expect the items to arrive, but no answer!

I purchased an item on the site over a month ago. My card was debited for the purchase. I never received even a copy of the transaction. Not a word about a delivery. I have emailed Coupon65 3 times now no response. This is a complete RIP OFF. I want my money back!!!
FeverPatrol no touch thermometer
FeverPatrol no touch thermometer
I was under the assumption that purchases were in Canadian Dollars until I got my receipt and found out different. I asked to cancel the order a half hour after I placed the order and they said sorry the order was already shipped. We are seniors and are being taken advantage of. I will never order anything from them again.

I ordered a FeverPatrol no touch thermometer from the site. Second tome it was used, cap over battery compartment popped open and now will not stay closed, making the gadget useless. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and Coupin 65 but have not gotten response from either. I’m not interested in buying anything else from this source if it’s not backed up.
Be wary of the discounts
Be wary of the discounts. I ordered an item at about $60, was supposed to be at a 50% discount, later due to finding another offer that was supposedly at a discount on amazon for about 25%b of offered discount, that i could have purchased on Amazon for less than $12.
check on internet before buying anything offered here.
Koretrak pricing is not in NZ$
I purchased a Koretrak watch from a link on this site for what I believed to be NZ $49.95, unfortunately my credit card was charged $88.88 due to US$ conversion. The site specifically said "KORETRAK PRICES IN NEW ZEALAND. Special offer for a limited time, Koretrak is running a promo in New Zealand that allows you to get this incredible smart watch for only $49.95"
I contacted Coupon65 who said they only help with the coupons and are not related in any way with Koretrak. In my view Coupon65 are in breach of NZ consumer guarantees legislation and have a responsibility to ensure companies they promote are honest in their advertising.
'Buyer beware' when purchasing via Coupon65.

Paid big, received little
I am deeply disappointed with both the product and the service I received after I bought a "Wuffstop" through Coupon65.
1. I placed my order and paid for the product on 17th Feb 2020. I did not receive any acknowledgement of payment. The only proof I have that I paid for the item is on my credit card statement. I finally received my parcel on 8th October.
2. I ordered a "Wuffstop" costing ZAR 899 which was 50% of the retail price. I received a "Bing" dog device which is an inferior product. Not even a battery for the device was included.
3. I tried to follow up on my order by emailing Coupon65. I received a reply directing me to an email address which refused to connect.
4. After 5 months, I found a customer support address which was non-descript and gave no indication of the name or address of the company. The person who responded assured me that the parcel had been sent but gave no tracking number or way of checking up on the parcel.
5. When I finally received my order, I realised that what I received was a cheap substitute for a "Wuffstop".
Is there any redress for this kind of scam?
Ripping off Seniors
As a new 65 yr old, I have been watching the discounts offered for seniors with interest, however I found that the same products offered at a whopping 50% discount are also offered by Amazon at about one third of THAT discount
Also the cost is more often charged in US dollars but we Canadians don't find THAT out until after purchase - surprise!
So buying from Amazon at much, much lower prices and in Canadian dollars will stretch a senior's budget to buy more of what we need/keep our money in our pockets and out of companies' pockets who misrepresent themselves as helping out seniors ptsssh
when really, they are out to gouge us
Coupon 65 attempts to take advantage of seniors with "50% off discounts" (as if a bigger deal could not be had) when the price is by far overpriced from the start....my initiation into the marketing and financial abuse of seniors by Billy or Bob or what's his name
Shame on this company for trying to profit off of seniors
How do you people sleep at night?
Coupon 65 is used to rip off senior…
Coupon 65 is used to rip off senior citizens, before you order anything from this site check the price on Amazon, the exact same item on Amazon is much cheaper than the 50% off price on this rip off site
Find prices of items way higher than…
Find prices of items way higher than market rate even with so-called discount. Seniors beware, do your research!
Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional. No way to unsuscribe. I've asked them to unsuscribe me multiple times, and they keep saying they have, and keep sending me emails.
SCAM!
SCAM!! I've had numerous pop ups and email to "subscribe", friends had warned me to check reviews, these so called coupons are aimed at scaming over 55s. They not real, prices are sometimes higher than normal or not available. Do NOT subscribe, my friend can't unsubscribe unfortunately. Once they get their hooks in, you're bombarded!!!
It’s a scam company
It’s a scam company, they sell not functional useless products. Don’t buy anything from them! I purchased HealthWatch which is “measuring” pulse and blood pressure without contact to skin, ugly design. Now they sell “electrical energy saver” - old known false device which doesn't save anything
I too order Kaydia patches through 65…
I too order Kaydia patches through 65 plus. I didn't realise price was in US$, but accepted that. Order in March, heard once then nothing. Asked for order to be cancelled. Heard back that would credit 20%. Then I notice they also took money from my card twice. Have never heard back. Have had to cancel my card and my bank managed to get last payment back. This has to be a scam. Will never deal with 65 plus or Kaydia again. Shame on them
I put an order through this company on unfortunately becoming a member which i have now deleted
I put an order through this company on 07/07/2020 for pain relief from KAYDIA WELLNESS $138.27 tried to cancel order as i was quoted $92.92 which ended being US$ which was not stated on ordering. Will not answer email or phone and tracking number is non existent
