Very informative and kept up to date with new movements and what state the claim is at and the changes to the company which may change the outcome come. Jessica Ward has been very speedy with communication and ensuring my claim is were it is supposed to be.

I am writing to share how fantastic my experience was with Mohammed Sirtay today. I have been very unwell recently, and unfortunately, I accidentally replied to some wrong emails, thinking they were from Courmacs. This resulted in me mistakenly opening multiple claims with other companies for the same issue.
When I called Courmacs, I spoke with Mohammed, and he was incredibly helpful and understanding. He guided me step-by-step through exactly what I needed to do. He advised me to call the other companies, explain the honest mistake, and ask them to cancel.
Following his excellent advice, I made the phone calls, and the other companies agreed to cancel the claims without any charges. Mohammed went above and beyond to support me through a very stressful situation when I wasn't feeling well. He is an absolute asset to Courmacs Legal, and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and professionalism!

I am having a nightmare, this company came to my door offering advise on disrepair, the push and assured me that its no win no fee and the will take 51% of what ever claim.
Now the case is pushing to court when i said am not interested in taking my landlord to cour they have now give me a bill of over £5000 pounds if i dont proceed.l!!!
