This is the broker company that…
This is the broker company that arranged for our truck to be transported from California to Washington. In the process the transport company lost the fiberglass truck lid that was locked in place. The transport company is refusing to take responsibility for losing a 100 pound truck lid. Course Correct apologized, but also took no responsibility in the loss. They say they are only responsible for hiring the transport company, but why do they work with companies who do not stand by a safe, complete transport? Note: Course Correct goes by the name Smart Transit on Shiply. Do not use the company by either name, as they do not use reliable transport companies!
