It is a scam. He will take your money and will run away. Run in opposite direction.

Also incase he will send you the link it will be full of virus which will take your payment detail and hack your system which will further take money in future.
I have to close my whole bank account because of this. Don’t trust this guy if you care about privacy and safety.
