I ordered 2 pair of fleece lined dark grey pants on December 28th, 2024. 1 size large, 1 size extra large. Never received. Got notice January 15, 2025 pkg for xlarge was I'm mail box delivered 1-10-2025. Was not in mail box but just got notice on 1-15-2025. Where is my order? Please advise

They are big cheaters. They sell false miss Rachel dolls. I bought one which could sing but I became a fool that I didn't check the reviews before ordering . They send it after ages and once I received the parcel and I opened and put in the batteries immediately the batteries became so hot and we thought it would burst. Seriously you guys cheat for children and infant stuff also. Shame on you guys. Definitely you all will pay back to your karma. Very disgusting company , people and all involved in this.

I brought 2 body suits that are supposed to slim you, absolutely useless, like a baggy tshirt! So I ordered a small one, just as bad. Learned from my mistakes.
Will probably just wear them as singlet body suits, but definitely not slimming…. 😡

I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me give no stars. I ordered a hair dryer that wouldn't go through my hair. The video shows it easily going through thick hair and mine isn't thick at all. They kept telling me that they sent the correct item. Yes they did but it didn't work and if it was an article of clothing it didn't fit. But not being satisfied wasn't what they cared about, only that it was the correct item was sent. They started with a $2 refund and I really wanted to just send it back but of course sending it back would cost more than the item itself. I kept trying to explain that I wasn't satisfied with the item and that I knew it was the item I ordered but they just didn't want to understand. They kept upping the refund and of course I got tired of going back and forth (which is what they want ) so I settled for $6 it's my fault for ordering from a Chinese company. Order from Amazon because you can always return!

I wish I could Give negative stars! I ordered The viral bodysuits that are supposed to “snatch” you in. When I finally received them, they were the flimsiest bodysuits I ever saw. There is absolutely NO spandex or compression of any kind. I wrote Their customer service, sent pictures and videos like they requested and they won’t do anything about it. They are crooks and scam artist!!

If there was a -10, I will use that. I ordered the hair straightener and wished I had read the reviews prior to doing so. I had the exact same experience as the other people it does not do anything to my hair. And they offered me two dollars as a refund. Do not order from this company.

I ordered the Negative Ion Straightener - it definitely does not do what they claim it does!! I don't have very thick hair at all, in fact it is quite thin, so I thought the straightener would work amazing on my hair - it doesn't! It doesn't even straighten it! So I have requested a full refund and they will only refund me $2US - I am in Australia, so this is only roughly $3.50AUD. Totally unhappy with the service and the product and would definitely not recommened them at all!!!

Terrible! Bodysuits are thin flimsy material worse than an old pair of undies. Definitely not ‘slimming shape wear ’ like they claim to be. Nothing like the pictures or videos. I asked for a refund and they said they will give me $3.00 😳

I bought the straightener comb and it is awful!!!! Cheap material and it doesn’t even get rid of the frizz in my hair. My hair is very easy to straighten so that’s really saying something. Took weeks to be delivered as well. Return refund policy is garbage and you have to pay for shipping (international shipping) never again will I order from here. Nor will I recommend to anyone!

I purchased a 50C bra thinking all was fine money back guarantee.
I received a 32C I've had multi emails regarding refund photo of proof etc.
They offered 2 GBP as a refund then $3 US.
I spent $22.19 USD .
I have had enuf they are obviously a scam site.
I believe they are china based not American as advertised.

I ordered a bra was TOTAL GARBAGE, i tried to return but got someone i think from china and will not give me my money back even though the ad states "Money back Gaurantee" do not waste your time. I would give less than 1 star if I could. TOTAL RIPOFF

Do not waste your time ordering from this company. Fraudulent. I never got my package and charged me money. They just lie to you repeatedly.

I never received my order from courtesy. I order three linen pants suits, charged me one hundred and eleven dollars and change ,my lawyer is investigating the company for fraudulent posting.

SORRY PHUCKERS!! I ORDERED SOME CLOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY (I USE THAT TERM CAUTIOUSLY). THEN THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $20 MORE THAN WHAT THE RECEIPT WAS FOR. AFTER MUCH PROTESTING AND EMAILS TO "CUSTOMERTOCARE" THEY REFUNDED THE OVER CHARGE. ORDER PLACED 5/1/24 AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED PACKAGE. THE BOGUS ORDER NUMBER WAS ONE THING AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEN CHANGED TO ANOTHER ORDER NUMBER. THE TRACKING IS BOGUS. SUPPOSEDLY MY PACKAGE IS IN "RACINE,53490,UNITED STATES, AND SUPPOSEDLY HAS BEEN THERE SINCE 5/30/24!! PHUCKING FRAUD!!!

I ordered two jewelry boxes with individual zippered paks which looked really cute online. It took eight weeks to come and was extremely damaged and smashed in transit and they wouldn’t return the product and only wanted to give me $8.00 as a refund to keep the smashed cases which were not cheap. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY ARE IN ANOTHER COUNRY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

They have taken the money from my bank for my order but have not sent any type of confirmation email and when I contacted them I got an automated response they don’t have any recent orders Associated with my email. I have reported them as fraudulent.

Was nowhere near a 2x more like extra small nothing like video never again
