This company is totally fraudulent. It seems to be part of a much wider scamming plan. The same embroidered sweater I ordered (which arrived but was instead a synthetic "sweatshirt" top look-alike) is being sold on other sites like Emma & Mae, or Abigail, or Claire & Thomas, all with authentic-looking websites but are instead based in China. So I investigated and discovered that after you protest about not receiving what you ordered, you are offered an 'exchange' if you will return the shoddy goods--but at your expense, and to an address in China. It's an expense costing more than the article you ordered.
Sorry I fell for it and wish there was a way to stop those guys. Don't order from their ads which are all over Pinterest. Report them and try a backcharge through your bank card.

I have tried to cancel an order after seeing reviews. All of the statements on unresponsiveness is spot on. You will receive emails stating they will get back to you while simultaneously writing they have sent your package. BEWARE.

First of all, this company is located in China and not in Jackson Hole WY. Secondly, I tried to cancel my order one hour after I placed it on line thinking this was a US company. I tried calling the so called customer service phone number, and it went immediately to a busy signal and stayed that way for well over an hour. I sent several emails in the meantime asking to cancel my order and got a reply that my order was already being processed and they could not cancel it. What other business would do that unless it’s desperate and unscrupulous! Do your research before buying as I sadly didn’t. I have no idea when or if I will ever get my items, and based on others reviews I doubt they will be sized correctly or of any quality. Worse, to return clothes they will charge you shipping costs to China! If I could give this business negative stars I would, they do not merit any stars!!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

Bought cute boots and a silver and gold ring from Cove & Clive (Jackson Hole). Their site says Jackson Hole... NO, it's CHINA. I received the boots and the ring and they looked nothing like the picture. The boots, which looked like a suede material in the picture were velvet. The ring that was both silver and gold had a bad gold paint job on the silver strands to make it look like gold. The return process started out okay with customer service getting back to me and offering every other option than a return. When I said I only want to return it, they sent a form to fill out and were having ME pay for the shipping to CHINA. The shipping charge was over $60 which was about what I paid for the products. DON'T DO IT! Their pictures are fake, their return policy is horrible. And their prices are higher than most of the cheap China companies that actually sell cute stuff!

Avoid this company. They have poor quality, musty, ill-fitting clothing from China. When you try to return it you are told you need to send it back to China with a Track and Trace which costs HUNDREDS of dollars. I feel like I have been robbed. This is by far one of the worst consumer experiences I hve ever had.

The "customer reviews" are all AI generated. This is a huge red flag! I would not purchase from, nor trust, a site with clearly fake reviews.

Shipping takes forever!!! This stuff is sent from China! They claim their stuff is in Stock but it is not! Do not order ANYTHING from these guys its a total scam! They are not in Jackson Hole this is only a front for Chinese goods!

I would advise you to skip this online store. Cove and Clive is not an honest place. I had ordered somethings through them, and the quality was poor, as well as their return issue. I had ordered a sweater, and it came as a turtle neck shirt. Two obviously different things. When I let them know that it was the wrong item, they expected me to choose something else, and then I would still pay the postage. Yikes! I was so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Poor quality clothing mimicking pictures, but fabric and cut is not the same. Make it ridiculous to return. Lesson learned, don’t make the same mistake!

Took forever to get the shoes. They were just wrapped in plastic-no box, cheap pleather and a very strong chemical smell from soles. Look completely different from pic. Have to then send them a pic of item to get approval to return. Company in IL but you have to pay international shipping to return them as well as pay to track them. They say 💯 satisfaction guaranteed but do not honor.

Complete bait and switch from the beautiful hand embroidered sweater on their website to a thin sweatshirt with a picture of an embroidered sweater printed on it.

The "30 day returns" they splash all over their website means you have to pay more than $90 to send it back to China.

I’d give it zero stars! Absolutely terrible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! You will regret it. Complete trash.

This is a scam company with a fake website of western style clothing and items. I order a floral sweater and got an ugly polyester shirt that looked and felt nothing like a sweater. I tried to send it back for refund but the sent me a link to DHL (probably fake) for shipping back to China. The cost would have been 3 times the cost of the item itself. Texting back and forth rendered no help so I gave up. A $60 lesson to never order from anyone I don’t already know and trust.

Total scam!! The quality is extremely poor, the item looks nothing like the AI picture on their website. What a joke but I guess the joke is on me. I usually figure this stuff out. Lesson learned!

Beware. They are supposedly in Jackson Hole, their address is on Westwood Blvd in Los Angeles, their phone number has a 646 area code which is Manhattan and their hours are 9-6 EST (for a Los Angeles 'Mom and Pop' company doing business in Jackson Hole). None of this adds up. Their descriptions do not give fiber content, etc. This is just a front.

this company is a total fraud! items you receive are not as pictured..horrible quality with unknown fabrics...you dont even know what you are looking at! Please do not buy anything from this place...they advertise they are in Jacson Hole...all returns at your expense to CHINA! Dont get scammed like me. Quality is so bad I WILL HAVE TO THOW ITEMS AWAY!

It's concerning that none of the items on this site are reviewed for you to gather feedback. #2 is their crazy return policy -- you have to send items to CHINA, at a minimum $40 cost. Minimum. I bought an outfit I wasn't happy with, and customer service is not returning my emails. Now I'll have to give it away. Very sad.
