Echt een rot uitzendburo en dag werk je in de bouw super zwaar puinzakken van +-80kg sjouwen en als je zegt dat je het te zwaar werk vind hebben ze geen werk voor me terwijl ik al van begin aan hed gezegt dat ik zulk zwaar werk niet kan doen dit is echt een aanslag voor je lichaam mag niet eens van de Arbo wet

Koordynatorki Paulina i Martyna nie poinformowały mnie wcześniej o istotnych zmianach dotyczących mojego pobytu.
Informacje zostały podane ustnie, bez pisemnego potwierdzenia ani możliwości wcześniejszego przygotowania się do zmiany lokalizacji.
Brak jasnej komunikacji i nieprzewidywalność działań utrudniły mi planowanie i organizację życia codziennego.
Skutki działań koordynatorek
Konieczność nagłej wyprowadzki z krótkim wyprzedzeniem.
Presja czasu i stres związany z szybkim znalezieniem nowego lokum.
Początkowe wprowadzenie w błąd co do długości pobytu i warunków lokalu.
Uzasadnienie opinii
Opinie o nieprofesjonalnym traktowaniu opieram na faktach: brak jasnej, pisemnej komunikacji, wprowadzanie w błąd co do długości pobytu, nieprzewidywalność działań.
Takie zachowanie nie spełnia standardów profesjonalnej obsługi, w której pracownik lub mieszkaniec powinien mieć pełną świadomość warunków i czasu pobytu.
Podsumowanie:
Na podstawie powyższych faktów moja ocena sytuacji jest jednoznaczna – zostałem potraktowany nieprofesjonalnie. Moje wnioski opierają się wyłącznie na obserwacjach faktów i konsekwencjach ich działań, bez nadinterpretacji czy oskarżeń osobistych.

Od pierwszej wizyty w oddziale w Opolu czułem się zaopiekowany.
Konkretne informacje, mające odzwierciedlenie w rzeczywistości.

Watch out - SCAM
1. They make you pay to your flight and say that they gonna give you back (Only after months)
2. They show you another house (Not the one that youre gona live)
3. Your work is temporary (After weeks they dismiss you and say that they dont need you more)
4. You can only use 500km of the car per year (And you have a big covebo brand in it)
5. They dont want to pay you if you already have BSN number (They gona tell you to wait)

They are scammers who live off the money they steal from employees. Don't work with this company!!

Real mafia company. They bring people to the Netherlands with false promises. They offer you a one-year contract and then give you one for just two weeks. They lie about everything, never answer any email, and have awful housing conditions. Lots of crazy horror stories at Covebo houses with death threats and violence involved.

Coordinator Raymond Brant left me without work for reporting what happened in the house and called me to threaten me with never working at Covebo again. He refused to send me the medical insurance form in a language I understand (it was only in Dutch), and blamed me for the harassment in the housing, which he wanted to cover up for.

This company shouldn't even be allowed to exist.

I advise to avoid this agency at all costs. Long story short: Coordinators got their job by the chance or by being mafia, nothing is working like it supposed to, they ignor any messages or phone calls regarding the job or accommodation. We were jobless for 3 weeks straight because of them, nobody answered us, and after they did it was only because they wanted to move us to the house which eventually appeared to be not even livable. After spending a night in that house only two of us, we were woken up by the owner of that house who told us that the house will be demolished next day and we need to leave immediately. I'm glad that we had a car and some leftover money to escape this because all 3 coordinators that I had contacts of did not even bothered to reply or pick up the phone.
PLEASE, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING IN COMMON WITH THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE HOMELESS AND JOBLESS.

Zeer onprofesioneel, je wordt meteen geweigerd als je je prive leven prive wilt houden en als niet relevant benoem.

It's the shitiest agency. I was hired to work for a company JCClad. After a week of work the two guys I was living in the house with beated me and stole all my stuff..the earphones my clothes... everything..and when the police came..they decided to take me to the train station... That's how racist Netherlands police is.
The worst thing in your life is to be hired by covebo. A piece of shi.t agency.
