Very intuitive product that exceeded expectation!

This company seems like a scam. I tried it once but didn't realize that they were charging me $19 weekly. They have charged $720 without my knowledge. After we realized, we tried to login to cancel our subscription, but it doesn't allow for that. You can't use their chat or get support, and they only ask you to email them. We have done that and waiting for a reply.

Is a real game-changer! I never thought creating a cover letter could be this easy and enjoyable. I picked a template, added a few personal details — and that was it! This is company is a scam. The cover letters are subpar BUT THE REAL ISSUE I HAVE IS THAT THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL AND THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WEEKLY, EVEN AFTER REQUESTING CANCELATION. They will not allow you to remove your card information and do not have a way for you to cancel on their website. You have to request by email and they do not respond or honor your cancellation request. I’m filing a fraud claim with the attorney general and BBB.

The initial AI version was decent and offered a good layout. Somehow it got details wrong so when I reached out for a personal touch I got more than I anticipated from an actual human who did an amazing job in a very short turnaround time.

Signed up to coverler and was impressed. However, wanted to cancel my subscription before the next billing cycle and followed the instructions on their website to do so by contacting the email address provided on their website. I emailed twice, with plenty of time before the next billing cycle but was still charged. I had no response to the emails I sent. Extremely disappointed in this process. I have reached out to them via their website but yet to hear back.

Absolute disgrace of a company. I have sent 5 emails to cancel and had no reply. I even found the creator of this company on LinkedIn and Facebook and attempted to contact them nothing. Just avoid them at all cost. They are a complete scam.

Just like the other's once they get your credit card information, they will not cancel it and they continue to charge your card, will not respond, I am contacting my bank to see if they can stop the payments. I have a call into the better business.6173

It helped me quite a bit in terms of saving time, but it's strange you need to e-mail them to cancel your subscription.

What really got me though, I have 19 credits on my account from paying 3 months for the service and not using a lot of my credits. They remove your credits once you cancel. I've paid for these and they're taking them away. Once I asked what about my credits that I paid for they went radio silent. So yeah, that's a scam.

I want to recommend it, but I'm not going to unless you want a company stealing your money.

It's a Total Scam! I should have researched before purchasing a one-time cover letter from them. They charged me $1.40 for the letter, then $26.69 and $26.96 two separate times! I am doubtful I will get a response after reading the reviews. Now to file the complaints and cancel my credit card, good times.

Been emailing back and forth with the company and they straight up lie to you. They say they don’t offer the plan you used. I purchased a one time cover letter and they sneaky put me into a subscription and refuse to refund me my money.

Just like many reviews here have stated, the cancelation process for this service is impossible. I should have been smarter before subbing and looked into them further... this service is a scam, there is no response from their support team, and no option to cancel via self service on their website... its literally a black hole. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO THIS SERVICE! I needed to report this site as fraud to my bank to get out...

on top of their shady subscription model, they don't even provide a product, the AI generation they provided was sub par, and primitive, you should instead utilize OpenAI and ChatGPT, it is free, and much much much better than anything this scam of a site would come up with

I gave them a 3 because I did not feel the cover letter function worked very well. The cover letters were not unique to the job description or to my resume. In fact, some of the cover letters were written verbatim as per the job description, as if the position was already offered to me.
On the flip side, I gave them a 3 because I sent them an email asking for a refund. They responded within 48 hours and a refund was provided the next day.
