When I initially reached out to query the product, I wasn't expecting David to call me back and give the lowdown in person.
The product itself was fantastic - we went for the Chesterfield Dado Rail, and David's advice on it's weight and best way to adhere it to the wall was very well received.
It turned up incredibly quickly, with David emailing us to advise it was enroute and might hit a delay with customs - but it didn't, and was packaged really well.
It's sturdy, but also so easy to cut that we had no difficulty in shaping and bevelling the pieces as needed.
We're looking at getting coving done soon, so we'll be back in touch next year to get it ordered.

Quick delivery, good product, helpful customer service

Ordered coving from this company as they seemed to be fairly priced and also quick turnaround. I must say, I was very impressed by the communication provided during the process of receiving the coving. It just showed that they actually care about you receiving your product. I feel as though a lot of companies, once the money enters their account that's it, they're done with you, not with Coving Direct.

I'd go as far to say Coving Direct is the best example of how a company should be run and that a lot of companies need to take a page out of their book.
