Extremely Disappointing Sofa Purchase Unfortunately, my experience with this sofa from Cozey has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The amount of effort required to assemble it was unbelievable. What should have been a straightforward assembly process turned into an unnecessarily complicated, exhausting, and labour-intensive project. The instructions were absolutely ridiculous—unclear, confusing, and far from helpful. Connecting the individual sofa units was nearly impossible and required far more effort than it should have. The plastic feet are also an extremely poor design and only add to the frustration of assembling and positioning the sofa. To make matters worse, sections arrived damaged, which was extremely disappointing considering the price and expectations associated with purchasing a new sofa. The final frustration was the slipcovers. They appear to be too small for the sections they are supposed to cover, making them incredibly difficult to put on and leaving the sofa looking poorly fitted. Honestly, after reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews online, I have to question whether they are genuine. My experience has been nothing short of laborious and difficult, and it is hard to reconcile that with the glowing reviews I read before making this purchase. It certainly makes me wonder whether some of those reviews are paid for or otherwise incentivized. Overall, this purchase has been a huge disappointment. Between the unbelievable assembly effort, ridiculous instructions, nearly impossible connections, poorly designed plastic feet, damaged pieces, and improperly sized slipcovers, the entire experience has been far more frustrating than enjoyable. I certainly did not expect this level of difficulty and quality issues from a new sofa.
