Product is nice but needs to be fluffed a lot specially if it’s used heavily

Réponse de Cozey
Hi Eleandro,
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're happy to hear you're enjoying your Ciello XL and appreciate your comments about the cushion maintenance.
The Ciello is designed as a "cloud" sofa, with extra-soft cushions that provide a cozy, relaxed, sink-in feel. Because of this design, the cushions may not always look perfectly uniform after use and do require regular fluffing to maintain their shape and comfort, especially with frequent use.
We recommend giving the cushions a gentle shake and pat daily to redistribute the filling, along with a deeper fluff and rotation each week to help maintain even support.
We understand this can be a little more maintenance than expected, but it's part of what gives the Ciello its signature softness and relaxed appearance.
Thank you again for your review and for choosing Cozey! We hope you continue enjoying your sofa for years to come.
Not much to say here, great ottoman, no complaints.
