I love my Ara bed. It is so comfortable and looks perfect in my bedroom. It was a little harder to put together than anticipated but my husband helped and we got it done. The zipper popped off of one of my pillow covers and I contacted Cozey and they are sending a new one. I was a little nervous about ordering something online without seeing it but I am so glad I did. I highly recommend!

Gobolt (shipping company) messed up 3x. Cozey was helpful and communicative and gave a gift card, but still very disappointed in the delivery

Incredible company from start to finish. We loved going to the two New York City pop-ups to try out the full line of Cozey home products before we decided, getting swatches to pick out what color sofa we wanted delivered to our home, and even when we finally decided what we wanted and ordered it, the deliver and customer support experience we had with getting on component replaced that got damaged in transit was all a great experience.

I struggle with a chronic illness that affects my connective tissue and causes pain. This in itself is not a delight to live with, but my former couch, a $700 on-sale purchase 3 years ago, left my lower back aching on the very thing that is supposed to be my comfortable place. I struggled every day to get comfortable, and sought out a better, affordable solution.

Researching these days is overwhelming. I’m also not in the tax bracket to scoop up the highest of the high handmade furniture. What I found in my research is that people love Cozey, and for good reason.

In a world full of poorly made, cheap, only lasts you three years furniture, and the sky high “that’s a downpayment on a house” inaccessible to most of us furniture, there’s Cozey. They sit at the intersection of quality and affordability. The reviews I found, like any sectional, were mixed. Especially for the Gaia model, which seems relatively new. What I was mostly happy with regarding the reviews was the comfort: a sink in plush couch that is still supportive. My research only left me with one concern: I didn’t get to sit on it. I was afraid I would go through all the trouble only to not like it.

Those fears were quickly dismissed. My partner and I easily put the sectional together in an hour (the most challenging of it all being stuffing the covers with the cushions. Let’s just say it’s a bit of a workout if you’re out of shape. Absolutely no concerns on the cushions being stuffed enough, haha) and I anxiously sat down for the first time.

Absolutely a dream. So comfortable I could have maybe cried in that moment. The chenille material is thick and soft. You run your hand over it and think “This is QUALITY”. The cushions so plush yet somehow equally supportive. My partner’s only concern: We might kick off the cushions on the ottoman or they won’t stay on. Worry not, Cozey already thought of that. The ottoman cushions get zipped INSIDE the cover to the base, so you couldn’t kick off the cushions if you tried.

What’s the catch, you might ask? There is none. It’s a freaking great couch for the price point. The only downside is all the cardboard you’ll have to deal with when your new comfy couch won’t let you get up to deal with it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Cozey. You can say you’ve improved a girl’s chronic pain. You can’t hear me, but there’s a good chance I’m saying “god I love this couch” to my partner as you read this.

Order came so incredibly fast-much faster than anticipated! It was packaged incredibly well and labeled on the boxes very nicely making it super easy to disassemble from the boxes to assemble together!

Incredibly fast shipping on a very well-made product. This study side table is perfect as a little laptop or drink table. It was easy to assemble. I love that the height is adjustable. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I like the idea and set up of the couch, however it is not nearly as comfortable as it should be. I can feel the hard ridge in the middle of the lounge where the bases come together. and the overall comfort is missing, it seems like it needs a better quality stuffing and foam. Also when multiple people are sitting on it, their limbs get lost in between the cushions as they dont flow together like a normal couch. it is more like individual seats where they sort of drop off where it should be flowing together much better.

Only order this couch if you’re prepared to pass out every time you sit on the couch. “Comfy” is an understatement. The color is gorgeous. Perfect fit for our family and space.

We love our new atmosphere sectional. We’ve had only positive experiences from start to finish. The website was easy to use and we had no problems designing the couch for our space. It arrived within a week of ordering. We were given a window of time for delivery and were able to get all 16 boxes delivered straight to our garage. The boxes were labeled well and made everything fairly easy to assemble. Just a little time consuming. We had an issue with a defect in one of our chair covers. We reached out to customer service and a new cover was delivered within days. It doesn’t not slip on our floors at all and we have not needed to use the included hardware to keep the pieces together. The couch is everything we’d hoped for. It’s firm but very comfortable. We have fallen asleep on it almost every evening. The chenille fabric is so soft and has held up to 2 dogs well and is very easy to clean.

I absolutely love this couch and rug combo. The price was great and the product is very high quality. Its super easy to put together and it was delievered extremely fast.

Loved the designs. Had trouble picking just one. Rug is beautiful in the dining area. Didn’t realize the pad came with it so add that info to the website. Delivered sooner than expected.

Beautiful couch. Unmatched customer service. This company was very responsive, always responding within a few hours over email. They were reasonable - offering multiple fair solutions to my questions and concerns. The Ciello couch lacks bounce, but it makes up for it in other ways. The deep and wide seating, the large firm and movable pillows, the height of the seat arm and seat back, along with the flat and wide surface area of the arms/backs (suitable even for resting drinks) made the couch incredibly sturdy and worthy of sinking into. I actually dream of sitting in my couch when I am away from home.
