I was Larry of an online company, but they had the best price we could find on a stove. We ended up calling and speaking to the owner, and I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner personally followed up to make sure that we receive the stove, which arrived within three days. This is a very legitimate professional supplier that I would definitely use again.

Jacob the owner came out to the house (45 minute drive) to make sure we got the stove we wanted to replace an old stove from the early 1980's.

I am 66 years old and have never dealt with a company that cares so much about my satisfaction. Jacob has done everything humanly possible to make sure we are completely satisfied with our new gas fireplace and our new electric log set for our old fireplace. He has been nothing but AWESOME to work with! He gave us a fair price and has literally went out of his way, to over see and make sure that the fireplace was properly installed and in good working order. He is so easy to communicate with and has made our whole experience flawless. I would not want to deal with any one else. Jacob is number one in my book!
