Complete fraud of a company, do not order. They claim they are based in Australia however they are in China. Refuse to refund or return.

This is a complete scam, so don't buy from them!

First of all, their furniture looks cheap and different from the website.

They also delivered on a wrong date (when I was not at home) and just left the item there. Worse still, they removed the packaging and then later told me I wasnt eligible to return the item because the packaging was removed (by their own staff)!!!!

As if that's not enough, they told me the "free 30-day return" on the website means I have to cover for the return shipping, even if the item is defective. The item must be returned to an address in Shenzhen, China, not my local city, and they knew most people would give up. Also, even if i were to return the item successfully, they would deduct a 20% restock fee (even if their item was defective)!

All in all, this is a very bad company. DON'T BUY!

I ordered 2 drawer chest from Cozymatic, and later discovered it was sourced directly from another company whose products are available on Taobao. I realized this because the instruction booklet inside the box clearly showed the supplier’s name, and when I checked, the company is indeed listed on Taobao. The furniture itself is of good quality — Taobao products are not bad nowadays — and the customer service staff who communicated with me through Instant Chat were responsive and helpful. However, the issue is that I was charged nearly three times the Taobao price. While I understand the difficulty of judging quality when buying directly, I expected more transparency. If the business is simply reselling Taobao products, customers could be informed so we can decide whether the convenience and service are worth the markup.

This company is a scam. I bought a sofa for approximately 6000 HKD. The picture that came with the order confirmation showed a grey 3 seater sofa. We were looking forward to its arrival. We ordered on Sept 11 with the expectation of receiving it within 10-15. I sent many emails and what’s app messages and received little information. They said they would write when it shipped. We were traveling as of the 6 of October so I canceled the order on the 29th. I had no information from cozymatic in spite of multiple emails and no one would be here to receive it. Suddenly, on the 5th, A PIECE of a sofa arrived. They claimed that it is my order. Have you ever met a 1000 USD piece of a sofa from a budget on line shop that has no physical store? Exactly. It gets worse. I have to pay for its return. And the some and weight make it impossible. I have a lawyer in Canada and one in Australia. This company is so mean, petty and utterly cruel. Do not let them think that you are too dumb to know what you bought. Shame shame shame on cozymatic.

I was away but I asked them to hold my product delivery until I returned. Very good customer service and quick response to my queries. Good price and fast delivery. Will buy again.

If you like your experience of buying furniture to involve receiving damage products, and then spend the next few days going back-and-forth on email with a customer service agent who is very likely an AI bot then this is the company for you. Cozymatic repeatedly requested more photographs as proof of the damage goods, even though it was clear from the outset that they were broken, and refused to engage in a discussion about a refund. Their solution was to offer to send a repair kit with wood glue to repair the damaged products myself. Again if you have spent over £300 on furniture and like to then repair the products that arrive I would thoroughly recommend this company. Eventually, they offered me an exchange which I refused and requested a full refund once again. This was denied. Throughout the whole process I had made them aware the chairs were repacked and awaiting collection with my concierge at their convenience. I had to take up the case with the Hong Kong Consumer Council in the end; I have been instructed that I may need to pursue this through the small claims tribunal process.

I would not go as far to suggest that this is a scam business - but clearly they are just drop-shippers who don’t care about the customer if things go wrong, and will do anything to avoid a refund. Don’t make my mistake - get your furniture from a trusted source with real customer service.

Before ordering i checked many shops around and the website here looked good, so i decided to order here. However, the quality of the piece was not as good as i expected it to be…

Before buying the AMARIAN ROTATABLE WORK DESK, I looked at a few hundred alternative products online, and a few dozen afterwards too... Conclusion: In my eyes, it remains the best in its class, whereby I give it 10 out of 10 points in terms of design/appearance and 8/10 in terms of functionality after two weeks of use.
Let's start with the functionality aspects, where the table has met my expectations.
- The slim design is deceptive; it stands rock solid thanks to an 8 kg base plate.
- Almost a unique selling point is the infinitely variable position of the table top in three ways: height, rotation and tilt.
- The inclined position makes it easier to work with a notebook or tablet and to read books; a metal rail held by magnets prevents it from sliding down.

Now to my points of criticism.
- When I had finished screwing it together, I was surprised to realise that the table could only be tilted to one side. I would have liked to have known this beforehand, and I would have liked to have been given a reason as well as a hint as to what to do if I prefer the other tilting direction (turn the table top 180° and screw it down again).
- The rubber feet that are glued to the underside of the base plate are inferior. The adhesive has already come off one of them, which is why I had to replace it.
- In any case, rubber feet are unsuitable for a piece of furniture that is moved frequently; they slow it down enormously. My remedy: a small towel, on which the rather heavy table glides elegantly across the parquet floor.

A word about the despatch: packaging, delivery time, communication all in order, rating good.

I ordered a wooden/ stainless steel bookshelf from Cozymatic HK a month ago, and the item arrived in a few weeks. Great delivery service that brought the boxes right up to my home, and the installation was pretty easy. It took me 20 minutes with no experience at all, as everything was screwed on easily by hand. The bookshelf didn't smell strange or have that chemical smell, which is nice. It looks wonderful in my home. Really good quality for what I paid too.

We bought the desk light in the shape of a mouse and the power cord is not in the US format. Also, this item is certainly not worth $55. Very cheap.

I also suspect they sold me email address to spammers because I've been getting right wing junk mail ever since I made the order.

Don't buy from here. Would not recommend. Took three months to arrive. Limited tracking. Left outside the apartment block with no notification. Items (two bedside tables) were both chipped. 24/7 support is nowhere to be found now

They are selling CHEAP drop shipped furniture you can find on Alibaba and AliExpress for way cheaper.
If you have any issues with your furniture, they will not help you.

Did not realise it was an overseas product, I was a bit surprised when the delivery was added on at the end of purchase. My bad 😔😬

Do not buy from this company. I recently purchased their Amarian Rotatable Work Desk from their website and then later found out they were selling the same thing on Amazon for WAY cheaper. I've contacted them several times about this and have heard NOTHING back. I do NOT recommend buying from this company. I regret my purchase but don't think I can do much about this now seeing I can't seem to get them to respond to any of my emails :(

Good customer service and quality piece of furniture. The wait time for delivery took quite long and the colour of the chair doesn’t look quite like the photo.

This company appears to be quite dodgy. While the website and product photos look lovely, on a practical level, there are NO contact details - no address, no phone number, no legal business name anywhere on their website. The reviews here and on other sites support the notion that this company may be fraudulent.
