This is definitely the way forward for CPC courses — completing them from your own home rather than sitting in a classroom all day.

Daniel was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The course was delivered at exactly the right pace, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions through the chat facility. Every question was answered properly and in detail, but the course never felt drawn out or boring.

This was the first CPC course I have done in years where my attention was genuinely kept throughout, rather than finding myself watching the clock and waiting for it to finish.

I have not driven professionally for a while and needed one final module to refresh my CPC card. I chose the Drivers’ Hours and Tachographs course and actually really enjoyed it, which was largely down to Daniel’s knowledge and the way he delivered the material. He was very thorough and regularly went back over important points to make sure everything was easy to understand.

The tachograph simulator was also an excellent refresher, particularly for things such as manual entries.

I had called a couple of days before the course for advice on which module would be most suitable for me. The lady who answered was quick to pick up, very pleasant and knowledgeable, and clearly explained her recommendation and why it would suit my circumstances.

Overall, I cannot fault any part of the experience, including the cost of the course. Well done to everyone at CPC and Driver. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
