GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I took two course that were video lectures and enjoyed them. Then I chose a self-study course on Ethics. After the first 5 pages of the text only course, I found it a bit to "dry" for me and requested a refund of the purchase price. WOW! Enjoyed the course piloting process
This was the first course I have ever piloted, but I have taken many correspondence and webinar courses. The presentation of a somewhat "dry" subject was enhanced by the participative nature of the on-line course. I also liked the fact that the course material and end-of-course test could be downloaded for review and preparation to make sure that I reached the needed passing level when I completed the exam on-line. Over all, I thought the process worked well and the material (although some proof-reading was needed before it became finalized) was accurate and informative.
