Today 1/16/2025, I thought I was paying $36.95 for renewal of CPR Certificate, took the course but $73.90 has been debited from my account. Continuing education which I did not authorize has been included. No certificate has come through.

I love this course. I started this course in september, I know it's not expensive but didn't have the money to pay for it at that time but I was allowed to create an account and save my results and certification and forgot about until my manager asked about it the other day. "This is not AI" (REAL PERSON).

Probably way too easy
Probably way too easy. Since I have been CPR certified for nearly 30 years, I'm not worried about myself. But for newbies this is not adequate. After submitting my initial review, I decided I would register for the "Hands on" CPR course which was to be administered through a zoom class. I attempted to register online, but when prompted to check out for payment all I got was a blank screen. I used the 800 number to speak with a representative and he supposedly completed my registration. He asked for payment, but I requested to not give my credit card number directly to him. He instructed me to return to the online website where I should be able to complete payment for the course. When I did so again all I got was a blank screen. I feel frustrated having wasted so much time just trying to register for the class.

For those new to CPR, we recommend supplementing this course with hands-on practice sessions or advanced training to build confidence and proficiency. Your insights are invaluable, and we’ll take them into account as we continue to refine and enhance our training materials.
If there’s anything specific you think we could improve for beginners, we’d love to hear your suggestions!

The company advertises a completely different price than what is being charged. I was charged $73.90 which the company automatically adds CEUs without confirming if this is ok with the buyer. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Will be reporting on Monday to get my money back. I don’t recommend this company.
