Cptink Avis

I used the captain one machine, The customer service was 10/10 delivery was quick and friendly we loved the touch of the personal engraving they did too, build quality is good sturdy the machine is well made, the adjustable stroke is nice and doesn’t lose power through the strokes, this is one of the quietest machines I’ve used, was able to do bold lines and solid colour, a great machine and a great price

What an Awesome Maschine! For this Price its unbeatable 💪🏻 And you get your Logo engraved for free so its really Awesome! Thank you Guys! Will Buy again for sure!

Good customer service. Fast shipping!

Product was exceptional for price point. Hands down best value for a machine of this caliber at this price. 10/10 would recomend and I most likely will end up owning them all as soon as the other colorways are back in stock.

Great machine , super fast question response ,awesome free engraving ! All around great product

Fast delivery and machine is versatile, runs smoothly, and very quiet!!! Thanks

I still didn't try the machine, but the way it looks and feel and the way its made its really "wow". Also a big plus for the packaging. Love it!

I purchased a 20×30 poster of my wife and I and it turned out pretty great. Though my wife feels that it makes us look older then we are. But we are just about 50. So it worked for me. It's a pretty great product.

Very surprised how good this machine works regardless of price! Customer service is also great. Highly recommend

Wow. What’s not to say about this company. Before I even bought a machine we were in a chat, he was asking questions and literally talked me out of the more expensive machine because he thought one would fit better for what I do. We had a shipping mishap and he was with me helping thru the whole ordeal. Easily the best customer service ive ever experienced. I feel like after it all, it was more than a purchase, I made a friend.

I did a Marine Corps tattoo on a gentleman’s upper back bold lettering all shot with a nine round shader number 12 and their new machine. I put a video together. I’m trying to figure out how to post it as well on here. It’s amazing. It took me about an hour to do the whole tattoo and when I post this video, you guys will see it’s it’s big this needles and the machine flow great I highly recommend this machine

This company goes above and beyond to help with all your needs, Friendly, Reliable and Great Customer Service.
Very Happy to use their products ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment that I bought the machine, there was communication through the company, which was super awesome. Any questions I had they were just a text away quick responses, great attitude.
The machine is a beast. I have the LT. I absolutely love this machine. I highly recommend it. This is my 15th machine that I’ve bought overtime and this is my favorite of all the brands that I have. I highly recommend getting this machine. And also the price you can’t beat It!!! comes with so much stuff the charger the wire a really nice case. I couldn’t be any happier.

This company is one of the best I’ve worked with in terms of their equipment and their customer service. If you are a tattoo artist, looking to get something new I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great from quality to customer service. Definitely will purchase from this company again!

The website was easy to use and the communication with the team was spot on. Right after purchase Leo emailed to offer free engraving and told me when it had shipped. The machine feels nice in the hand and is so smooth to use. Feels like a good quality bit of kit. Really happy and a good experience.

I had a misunderstanding and asked for a refund on my first order which was done very quickly my second order came on time and I was updated pretty much every day on progress of shipping I haven't got to put ink to it yet but I did put a cartridge in the machine and ran the needle in some fake skin it's smooth and pretty powerful from first impressions

I had a really good experience. At first I thought they’d forgot my smaller grip and refrigerator magnet but it was my mistake that I didn’t order the limited edition and I was informed about the mix up in a respectful manner. I’ll order from here again because they didn’t ignore me and helped me with any questions I had. Being respectful pays off. I’d recommend cptink to other professional artists.

Amazing customer service and WOW, what a machine . Checks all the boxes. Very versatile.
