Cracker Barrel Avis 

Wife and I were looking forward to having the Campfire Beef and the Campfire chicken. AFTER our order was placed our server, Tanisha had to come back to our table and inform us, there wasn't any beef left.
I'm disappointed but I chose the chicken.
So, when our Campfire dinners were placed on our table, after opening the foil wrapping we found NO corn on the cob.
Now frustrated and disappointed, I called Tanisha back and told her our corn was forgotten.
That's when the manager, Alex come to us and said what side can I give you to replace the corn?
The small bowl of green beans for me and mashed potatoes for my wife did not make up for the missing corn on the cob.
The manager told us she was going to reduce the TAB, because of the errors that accured in the kitchen.
THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER!
I'm adding this was our second visit to this Cracker Barrel. The first visit the Campfire Beef was not available when.
Also the watermelon lemonade tasted watered down.
WE WERE CHARGED THE FULL TAB.
Tanisha was wonderful, she was probably as frustrated as we were as she was not informed about the beef or the corn on the cob issues.

She needs to be retrained on her responsibility.
We will not return.

Lately, I've noticed a decline in the quality and taste of the turnip greens. It appears and tastes like they use old meat to season the greens. The texture of the meat is like chewing on a spit ball.😖The last few times I've patronized them, they failed to put the basic condiment (butter) to go with my cornbread muffins even after asking when I put my order in.

I visited the location in Regency (Jacksonville,Fl) CB0511 and was met with warm smiles from the moment I entered the restaurant but I must give a special shout out to Dan G. He greeted me with his name and told me his goal was to make me feel special and he did just that. I’ve gone to several restaurants all over the United States and hands down Dan G is the best waiter I’ve ever had. He deserves to be recognized.

My waiter was so nice and kind and the food was great I ate at Terre haute and it was great!

Service was extremely slow. The food was basically inedible. Apparently they are using a new grease or oil for cooking and everything tasted 'off'. I couldn't even eat my eggs!
The patty sausage was not edible. The biscuits were TINY and didn't taste great. We tried the skillet cinnamon rolls, but they tasted bad and left a horrible aftertaste.
So more than $30 for 2 inedible breakfasts.
We won't be back.

Really crappy food at 2pm in the afternoon/brentwood,TN. Out of 4 meals ordered only one person was satisfied with their food. I had southern fried chicken-It was a VERY dark brown color-I truly beleive it had been fried a second time for reheating b4 being served to me and my side of hashbrown casserol was cold-just awful.Another ordered a veggie plate-mashed potato was a hard lumpy mess barely tepid! One ordered a steak medium that came well done,tough and so dry! Last one ordered fried fish and they were satisfied with that. $80 for nearly total crap! Fast food served hot and fresh would have been far better and cheaper! Never agin for me! I'm swearing off Cracker Barrel for good!

Okay todays order 4/272026 was outstanding ,i thought i would give them one more chance , we order country fried steak. carrots, green bean, brown gravy mashed potatoes, stunnn! i order the country fried chicken , best chicken i have had in long time, carrot,s fried potatoes,apples, and brown gravey mashed potatoes, corn bread, for desert rich dark chocolate cake and carrot cake , all was stunning ! ty CB for geting back on tack!!

Out of chicken at 630 pm on a Saturday how does that happen Napa Idaho branch and a wait list than after 20 minutes they tell you. After sitting down for dinner never again

We had the best meal and server ever JAMIE in Ocala 13561 SW 17th court.
She was amazing knew the menue with eyes closed. Fast friendly on top of everything, refills, clearing empty dishes, bill etc. Told her manager Barb who was also a very nice lady awesome management skills and clearing loves her job and cares for the staff and guests.
We will be back Thank You so very much.

Besides the food being totally disgusting the people who worked there were even worst. The store employees are so disrespectful, nasty, cold & hate there job. I asked for a price of an item this witch gave me the dirtiest look you could imagine! I was told not to get to cracker barrel & they were right!!!

Attempting to log on to the cracker barrel website to update my veteran information is the most frustrating experience I have EVER had.
I set up my account on the app then I was instructed to go to id.me on the cracker barrel website or a link to it. As I attempted to logon to the national site, my User Name and or my Password were incorrect. NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, at the store or restaurant from a Manager, waitress, or person at the cash register knew ANYTHING about the web site or how to get signed up to get the discount.
I went to the website and chatted with person who I cannot spell or pronounce the name and I was told to Uninstall the app on my phone, delete all cookies, install the app again and it will set up. I did all that and same result.

I placed an order for takeout and one of my meals was missing. Mistakes happen I get it, even though there's a quality check receipt that they're supposed to check off and they didn't. I called to let them know and was transferred 3x and placed on a 10 minute hold. I hung up. No one has the time or wants to deal with poor customer service and failure to resolve an issue that could have been avoided in the first place.

Avoid the location on Music Valley in Nashville.

Me & my hubby ate at Cracker Barrel CB0589 Jacksonville Florida. River City Station we had the pleasure of getting one of the best server’s I have ever had. His name was Sean B. First he introduced himself and asked us our names. At our surprise he remembered our names the whole time. He was on point great customer service. Brought refills without us even having to ask OMG he made a customer want to spend their hard earned money with this establishment. He needs to be server of the year!! Way to go Sean during these hard times we need servers like you.. keep it up and you will work in corporate one day👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 a satisfied customer!!!

Sitting here now. Terrible service. Another new menu! Difficult to find what I want. Close these restaurants. That previous ceo screwed the pooch on this chain.

By far the most disgusting food I’ve ever had in my life and I’m sorry to be so blunt. The food was old no flavoring whatsoever, the texture of the apples, the dry biscuits, the country fried steak that taste more like fried Salisbury steak, brown gravy that tasted like toxic salt additives. Not to mention the prices that it cost for that form of food just really blew my mind. Price isn’t an issue for me as long as the food matches the price. Unbelievably awful never again… and I don’t write reviews regularly, but I just could not let this one go.

I'm going to be honest. I never would have chosen to eat at Cracker Barrel but that is where our friends wanted to meet so that's where we went - Greenville, TX. My husband and I both had two lunch meals with waters for the drink. We both ordered the fried fish, and I had whole kernel corn as a side. I couldn't even eat the corn. I don't know if it was over-boiled or what but it was actually tough and chewy. Corn. The entire meal was mediocre at best, and that assessment is being generous. My main complaint though is with the cost, which was slightly shy of $46 - for two lunch meals that were really, truly not even good. We have plenty of disposable income to eat out, but to charge almost $46 for what we ended up being served was ... well, ridiculous.

We stopped at the cracker barrel in murrells Inlet sc The waitress Kimberly was awesome and very helpful!!!! the little lady sitting us had such a sweet spirit!!!! I ordered meatloaf/chicken love the chicken but my meatloaf was not cooked it was red Inside and I've had it many times!!!! the manager Sean came to my table and provided me info that it was done and sorry it wasnt!!!! they took it off my plate and Kimberly asked if she could bring me anything else I said no and Sean didn't do nothing about it nothing off he is worthless!!! he did not handle this well wow and he's the MANAGER!!!! Thanks Kimberly she sound be the manager cause she cares!!!!!!!!

They only give 1-bottle of syrup for 3-pancakes and then give you a container that who knows who has handled it where someone has poured syrup in it!!!! This is not a good thing at all

I eat healthy but when a friend asked me to join them for a meal, I said yes. The food was all starch. No wonder why people are so fat.

I am a vegetarian that absolutely loves biscuits and gravy and cracker barrel was the spot before today (3.7.2026)! I was informed this morning that as a vegetarian option you still use pork and tell us it's vegetarian gravy. I am absolutely disgusted and extremely disappointed with you and will tell all my folks about the lies you spread!!!!
