As you a local to our retail outlet, hire would have been a better option if you are looking for quality. We often suggest customers try on the costumes before leaving the store to ensure size and quality is OK. Halloween week can be difficult for staff and customers and we would suggest you come in a little earlier next year if possible. Please feel free to discuss your future needs it detail so we can be sure that the costumes meet your needs. :)
